Beautiful pad on a tranquil street and walkable neighborhood. 5-10 minute walk to the village and 2-minute walk to the cliffs overlooking the bay and sound. Water view from one bedroom, great outdoor yard - very private. Updated amenities, marble bathroom, cozy indoor living area and very comfortable beds. The rental space is private and is the entire first floor of the home. The home is a two-story duplex with a shared entrance and private locking doors to each space. Wonderful location.

Well located Greenport 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Historic renovated private home with modern furnishings and updated appliances and finishings. Patio and yard with outdoor shower, fire pit, and yard. Central AC and heat. Properly licensed as a rental with Greenport Village and Suffolk County. I now add the airbnb fees and local and state taxes onto the listing. I would highly recommend Melissa's place in Jamesport. It was a great location with room to enjoy with some family members including children. It was perfect with some toys and a big outdoor area (and a private beach!) for us all to spend some time together while visiting family in the area. Melissa was accommodating and clear in her directions and gave us a warm welcome with a greeting basket, information about the area and coffee! The location is lovely and everything about the house was fun and comfortable. Thanks!

A quaint cottage that was sparkling clean. Access to the Peconic from a private dock with the available kayaks and canoes. There is a pristine built-in pool with new decking. There was a 10 minute drive to Hampton Bays town with great restaurants, grocery and shopping.

We loved our stay at Meg’s The house is an older home that is beautifully renovated. Nice older touches on a completely new space. The space was immaculately clean. We loved being close to the hub of town, but not on the Main Street We basically parked our car and didn’t need to drive to get a cup of coffee or for dinner. Check in and out was super easy. Didn’t need to communicate with Meg because everything was in order. She even gave us later check out. Would definitely stay again

We came over to New York for a 1 week holiday, where one of the options was this AirBnB, and after looking around we ended up settling with this one. Bill has been a great host, always proactive and quick to respond when there was something we didn't have. the Airbnb itself is as described, comfortable for 2 people. We were concerned that it might not be worth enough given we visited in December, though thankfully there is a good central heating; the additional heaters weren't required, but the heated blanket was a nice touch. Lovely locations nearby, and we actually spent half the week just staying in Oceanside as everything was a walking distance away. Getting into Central New York City is best done by walking 20 minutes to Oceanside station, and taking the LIRR straight in. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit NYC. We'd happily stay here again if we visited NYC again.
