Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Farmington

For the area it was fairly quiet and peaceful because it was off the road a bit, making it feel more private. Everything was clean and homey. Fun decor but not child friendly which was fine since it was just my husband and myself. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked, including plenty of dishcloths, hand towels, bath towels and washcloths. The patio was great allowing for privacy to sit and enjoy being outdoors.

This place is so peaceful, the Animas river is 20 feet away. I It was a fantastic experience. We saw lots of wildlife. Aspen is easy to talk with very considerate and fair.

This cozy tiny house was awesome! I love the loft beds, the kitchen amenities, and the living space. This tiny house is small but mighty! I felt so comfortable here and wished I could stay longer!

Part of our family was in town for a funeral. We have stayed in your house before and had such a great experience that everyone wanted to stay there again. There are so many great things about staying here. Close to mountain biking, shampoos and soaps were especially nice, very clean, garage parking and comfortable beds. The kitchen is spacious and the backyard is relaxing and private. Looking forward to next time !

Nice place. Tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable. A few things in the house and yard could use upgrading, but we expected this and the price reflects this well, making it a good value. The kitchen is well stocked. The coffee & tea station is a really nice touch.

This place was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, quiet and super cute! We loved staying here and will certainly stay again if we are around the area!
