Our family had a blast on Christmas at the location in Allen TX. we spent time at the hot tub, playing games having a great time at this gorgeous property. Chase and Collette were very attentive and responded to all of our requests, even let us check in earlier so we can set up the Christmas tree and the presents. The property was flawless, way cleaner than any hotel you would find. There was everything you will need available in this house from cookware and can openers, to laundry detergent and complimentary whine bottle. The hot tub was already turned on and hot when we arrived we had very easy and enjoyable stay. Thank you very much!

Perfect location! We really enjoyed our stay while in town for SMU Family Weekend. Easy to get around and easy access to Lower Greenville for great restaurants and anything we needed during our stay.

This home was even more beautiful in person. The neighborhood is beautiful if you like walking and at night there were Xmas lights everywhere. You are close to everything. The sound proof windows, blockout shades, and luxurious bedding made for fabulous restful sleep. Spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet, easy access, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. Alexandra was very responsive and accommodating when our flight was delayed 8 hours!

Sarah‘s house was perfect for our weekend in Murphy, as our friends live there. Sarah was very quick to respond to my messages and sent her handyman over right away to get the bathroom light switch to work. Kitchen was great! We didn’t use the hot-tub or outdoor area because there were several places to gather, talk and relax inside. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Plenty of towels, too. The Nest thermostat made it easy to adjust the temp at night. She was thoughtful to provide snacks when we arrived late our first night. The house is very large and in a quiet neighborhood. It worked perfectly for our needs and with some minor updating, it will be an awesome house! Great communication with me from beginning to end. Would love to stay there when we visit Murphy again.

We stayed over Christmas. The house is in a great area, close to so many restaurants, shopping and highways. It is right on a busy street but the circle drive and additional rear parking with automatic gate made it easy to maneuver. The house itself is updated very nicely with a gorgeous kitchen with a large island for seating and updated bathrooms. There are 2 living areas, one with a fireplace that is usable and 3 good-sized bedrooms. So there is plenty of space for a family to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There is a large fenced in yard with a fire pit. Our dog really enjoyed the yard and the place is very pet friendly. Lastly, we had garage parking as well, which was great as we had cold and rainy weather during our visit. Brian's place definitely earns 5 stars. We would stay again!
