Amazing stay and an amazing host! The apartment is beautiful and perfectly positioned between deep ellum and downtown. There's not a better airbnb in the area for a single traveler on business.

Absolutely loved the place! To wake up in the morning and hear the water from the creek and the birds chirping was exactly what I needed. Great location and very easy to get around the city from the BnB. I had a great time and Mirza went above and beyond to accommodate!

Lamont was a great host and checked in with me & provided me with recommendations as well. Close to everything in uptown and had a very nice pool. Overall a very nice place and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Lamont:)!!!!

I must say this is the best place I’ve stayed since I started using Airbnb’s. I enjoyed the location, cleanliness, safety, amenities, and the no-hassle parking. Loved it so much I’ve booked 3 times! Valecia is a wonderful host! She responds quickly and is eager to assist with anything you may need. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located—close to everything I needed. The host was absolutely amazing—super welcoming and thoughtful. She greeted me with a lovely welcome basket, which was such a sweet touch. It really made me feel right at home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I️ had a great stay for the night here, it had everything I️ needed and looked like the photos. The initial check in was a little confusing, but he was very responsive and walked me through everything which was really nice

First time trying Airbnb and Christopher was very helpful and responsive. The place was just like the pictures, highly recommend for anyone looking for a good place with close proximity restaurants, peace, quiet, and cleanliness. I would definitely book again with Christopher in the future!

We had a lovely overnight stay. There was a nice big backyard, and it was very pet friendly. Everything that we could possibly need was in the home, and it was decorated perfectly for Halloween.

We are sadly the 2ndto last to stay (Dallas just outlawed air BnBs). It is a perfect location, like PERFECT. Street side parking, super safe area. The beds and linens are terrific (pool towels! Fluffy towels for the bathroom too), and the living areas are extremely comfortable (I could lie on leather sofa ALL DAY LONG). AC was fantastic - essential for Dallas heat. Yes, there are “drawbacks” other reviews mentioned: cobwebs on the chandelier, fridge needs cleaning, the master bath is janky (hard to close shower door, you hit your knee on the jacuzzi when on toilet), some amenities are lacking (need obvious places/places that aren’t on the floor to plug in phones etc), and the outside/pool are less than pristine (dried leaves/branches are a fire hazard, small pond is a mosquito haven, yes a vine is growing into the house, and bottom of pool needs a scrubbing). BUT!! The “old Hollywood glamour” (as Bruce calls) feel of the place is decadent and tangible. We adored it. Thanks Bruce!!

She is amazing and definitely would book with her again. She is even going above and trying to help locate my lost fur baby with everyone she know . I can’t thank her enough

This place was perfect for what we needed. Only downside was the pool was dirty. Not sure if it was broken or not. I did however reach out to the owner and they responded right away by having a pool cleaner come over which helped a little. Overall, great place and I would stay here again if they fix the pool

Ivan’s place was absolutely amazing. We had everything we could think of or want. Even the outside is set up to be relaxing and enjoyable. We spent hours together as a family cooking and playing Wii. The pools at this location are kept clean and private. There is a smaller pool right outside of his door, which was a plus. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. In some Airbnb stays this has not been the case. Ivan’s place full of modern technology and conveniences. Since I am older, he did need to assist me a few times, but was a gracious and lovely host. I would highly recommend Ivan’s place to anyone looking for a long-term stay. We stayed until we found our home here in Dallas but will definitely be missing the conveniences we have had while there. A WONDERFUL home in Dallas. We (me, my partner, and our dog) loved everything about it. The backyard was spacious but private. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day. We spent hours reading under the gazebo. And that's just the backyard! The inside is similarly lovely. Great, open layout. A couch that's immensely comfortable. And a nice new shower. Last, but not least, we felt close to everything we wanted to visit. The gardens, the lake, and a host of restaurants. We had a lovely time for the week.

I absolutely loved this place. As a single person traveling alone I was met with the best of care and absolute comfort. He was immediate on his response at each call to him. The home was very very clean along with the most comfortable beds. I felt very confident my car was ok where I had covered parking provided. I’m absolutely recommend this home & Abraham. Worth the drive & very good rates. This entire experience did not disappoint

Can’t say enough good things about this place ! It was exactly what we needed. I especially appreciated all the extra touches to make our stay comfortable. (hooks to hang coats and towels, hangers in the closets, well stocked kitchen, window seat in bedroom) Laura is also a very good host. She went above and beyond for me, even after our stay was over !
