Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Fannin County

Cottage is out in the country approximately nine miles -via a straight drive- from Honey Grove. Nicely decorated with homey decor. Extra roomy kitchen. Nicely sized bedrooms, living room and bathroom. Not the most scenic neighborhood but I am originally from Texas so very used to this type of situation in a rural area.Super easy check in/check out.

The house was everything as stated in the ad. Check in was super easy and the house was very clean. We went on a fishing trip to Bois D’arc lake and it’s just 3/4 of a mile from the public launch. There’s a nice shop to park your boat in if needed. Will definitely be staying here again!!

Great peaceful place to spend with you love one. Even with your dogs alot of land for the dogs to run around. Very windy in a great way been to places where the wind is hot but the wind was very pleaseful. Great way to experience nature and a farmland.

Home was clean and as described. the host was proactive. Great location close to the Bethel Rock Wedding venue. I recommend this place for a family getaway or a location close to the wedding venue.

The house was much more spacious than the photos. The living room, kitchen and the game rooms were a wonderful space to hangout. The master had an office attached. And that rom with master bath and an office was a really very spacious. The master bath tub’s drain plug did not seal. Our party enjoyed the hot tub & the pool table. It was a good stay all over.

The Gaia's place was so peaceful. There were so many little places to relax and take in the sun - fell in love with outdoor space. My 3 pups enjoyed exploring the secluded areas we were prived to. The jacuzzi was a perk for my teens since there is only one TV in upstairs room. Outside lights really well at night and so lovely to enjoy time together. The hosts were very timely and commutative with all questions/concerns we had and was apologetic for things they weren't aware of. Such as rug not cleaned properly and/or bathroom door locked. Great kitchen appliances if you choose to cook or dine in. We brought food and fridge is very spacious. Very kind people who you can tell care about their guests. We will return because I truly did get great rest.

Great place to get away with my kids, peaceful

We had a great stay away from the city at John's place. My kids loved the kayaks and spent many hours on the lake. The house was nicely decorated to fit the location. We hope to come back again!

Leonard is a small little old town just north or Dallas. We attended a wedding at the Grand Ivory and this location could not have been better. Just a 5-8 minute drive to the venue. The home is beautiful and the host could not have been more accommodating and her response time was the best I have ever had. It was well stocked, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. We could only HIGHLY recommend this home, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Amy for everything, we really appreciated you welcoming us to your home. The Burke Family

Where do I begin. This place is so peaceful and quiet area for a great getaway. I have a 1 and 4 year old so I was a little unsure of this but after arriving they were loving everything about it. It’s so open to play with the kids and the barn is our favorite spot. We can cook on the grill while the kids play games and watch tv. We had so many things to do while we were there from playing in the barn, watching movies, making s’mores on the bonfire, and walking on the trails. We went to the next town about 20 minutes away to the Safari Park. It was wonderful to see all sorts of animals of fun animals like kangaroos and giraffes. Hot tub was also a blast for us and the kids. Very safe environment! We plan to come back and explore again next year!

Nancy let us know ahead of our stay about the recent storms the area had been having and might be having the weekend we would be going. It is unfortunate we couldn't take full advantage of everything this place has to offer, but we made due. We were there for a nearby wedding and traveling with our dogs. Despite my personal anxiety, this place was PERFECT for them and we never had to worry about their safety or them getting loose. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area. Nancy was always in contact and answered all of our questions. Great host.
