Vacation rentals with lake access in Famagusta

Location is perfect. Walking distance to the seafront area, the inner city, and the attractions. Property is not on a main road, so there isn't much traffic and there wasn't any noise at night. Property is the top floor of the building, so no noise from neighbors or adjacent units. The views were spectacular. Sit on the veranda to watch the sun rise over the city, then watch the sunset over the salt lake from the main room's huge windows. Well cared for, very spacious, very clean. Truly nothing we would change. Lora was great and super helpful. Her instructions were simple and easy to follow, she was kind and polite, and quick to respond. She provided a great list of local recommendations, and even sent them to us in advance to help plan our trip. There were no surprises. The pictures accurately show exactly what the home looks like, and all of the listed amenities and features were available. I highly recommend this property.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Lars. Check out was excellent with Petra meeting us there and explaining everything to us. The air bnb was immaculate, private, homely and the best equipped air Bnb I’ve stayed in. The outlook onto the beach was beautiful and it’s a quiet beach with only locals visiting. We used the kayaks as well, great fun. The garden was the stand out for us on our chill days. You do need a hire car but it’s really close to everything with this. Would 100% recommend this.

Clean, spacious apartment. Super host. The dryer was missing and it was supposed to be. After reporting, the host ordered a dryer, which was delivered by the courier. Holy service. Recommended.

We really liked the house. The proximity to the sea, the great view from every location, the generously arranged layout of the rooms. Everything perfectly equipped such as WM and GS, lots of utensils, loungers, umbrellas, etc. Everything is in abundance. Fantastic kitchen, delicious fruit trees. We (5 adults, 1 child, 1 baby) were very well stocked. If you have any questions, feedback is always there right away. We only had a hard time driving away!

We had a wonderful stay in Larnaca! The place was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing spot to return to after exploring the area. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the beach and close to local restaurants and shops. The host was incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Larnaca! We had a lovely time at Chloe's appartment. It is spacious and the comunication with host was great. This place really feels like home. A/C (heating) works well and the water is hot so we recomend the place for a winter stay :)

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Larnaca and Themida’s beautiful apartment was central to our experience. It had all that we needed for our stay - and more! Her attention to detail in terms of instructions to get there, guides to places to visit and where to eat etc were so helpful. Took all the hard work out of planning. And the views from there were beautiful. Looking out over the wonderful blue sea with its magnificent rolling waves gave us memories we will treasure. Thank you Themida. The apartment is spacious, clean and with a beautiful view of a lake. Nibel always responded quickly to our questions and is very friendly. With a rental car, it is a good base to visit a lot of places in Northern Cyprus such as Salamis, the old town of Famagusta, Apostolos Andreas Klooster and the golden beach in Karpaz, Girne, Nicosia,...

Very clean, spacious apartment -exactly as pictured. Themida was an extremely responsive host, providing recommendations before I even arrived. The location was ~25min walk from city center, and <10min from the boardwalk that is more popular with locals. You are directly across the road from the water, and can open the windows and enjoy the sea air. In terms of amenities, the apartment was stocked beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!
