I had a wonderful stay at this Airbb! The apartment was comfortable and clean, making it a great place to relax. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything right below the building-super convenient for dining, shopping, and more. The host was responsive and helpful, though the caretaker was a bit late during both check-in and check-out times. Despite this, I still had a great experience, especially enjoying the Netflix option for some downtime. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a central, comfortable spot to stay! Will be back soon for sure!

The host is very accommodating. She was kind enough to extend my stay because I wasn't able to check-in on time because of the typhoon. Super appreciate it. The unit is clean and spacious. Very recommendable if you want to stay in Marikina.

The unit is clean, and the hosts are very responsive. You have to bring toiletries and dishwashing liquid as these were not provided. Or you can just buy these on nearbuy Deca Mall

We had a great stay at Sil's place! There's a lot of things to do. We also love the bazaar and the roof deck. Sil is very responsive to questions and gave clear instructions. Wished we had stayed longer. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Fairly clean Exactly as described in the listing Smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions Close to both Ortigas and BGC yet it remains peaceful and quiet Value - A lucky find! We especially loved the roof deck and balcony, which offered beautiful views and a great place to unwind. All the essentials worked perfectly: the Wi-Fi, air conditioning, water heater, and kitchen appliances. Cooking was a breeze with high-quality cookware and dinnerware. Thoughtful details like foot rugs, mood lighting, and a lovely room fragrance made the space even more comfortable. Great viewing experience with the tv. Love the book selection too! Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you, Jane and Maria, for hosting us! =)

The host was very accommodating and you won’t have a problem with the place. The place is close to Puregold. This is on top of the building so you will enjoy the view. Definitely will consider staying at the place again.

Renz was really responsive to our queries. Felt that she's available almost 24/7 lol. Actual unit was really nice and cozy, exactly as described and it's also just few minutes away by car to Pobla. The establishment itself is really pet friendly. There's pet qube available but only for those who are staying at the hotel(not residence). Huhu, we'll try it next time. Overall, it was a nice experience and we'll definitely be back on our next anniversary. ❣️ Thanks again!

Sir Glenmore was so amazing from start to finish. Right when my booking was confirmed right up to the last second of it. Even when we were already downstairs and about to go. Place is what you see in photos - clean and very well prepared. What I loved the most about this is its location - almost near to places where people would usually go and it is very easy to find. I was needing to find a place to stay as I had some last minute flight changes. Thankful that the host was very accommodating despite the short notice. The place was very homey and had settled in quite nicely. Not much to say as everything had matched the description. The best staycation I ever had! Not only because the place is stunning and the view is breathtaking but also because the owner was very generous, humble and down to earth. Imagine meeting a 31 year old gentleman who’s willing to share his secret to success and share his blessings. I got to stay for 20 hours for only 1 pesos with complimentary breakfast. I never thought that staying in a place won’t just give me a time for myself but it also gave me inspiration to be successful like Von. This place is a testament of Von’s hard work and passion. Truly an unforgettable experience. More power Sky Pad!

Host is very friendly and is always responsive when comes to any requests from me. Very helpful when it comes to arrangement for cleaning since I stayed for about a month. Despite the building being a little bit old, it has been maintained well and is liveable. It is quite convenient as well because you can easily walk to nearby stores for food. Grab food and grab car is at your fingertip as well. A very pleasant stay overall.

Had a great stay at Sydney's place. He is very responsive in all queries, also love the unit's design overall, it's aesthetically pleasing. My mom really enjoyed their bath tub too, and it's something you cannot find in other units. Overall had a great birthday stay, and to add, there was also a free bday decors so no need to do it yourself. Will surely recommend to stay here and book the place again.
