Vacation rentals with breakfast in Fairlight

Wendy’s place had everything we needed and more for out stay. The fridge full of breakfast things was such a nice touch! Great clean space with lovely balconies, so close to Watson’s bay!

Leah & Paul are perfect hosts - very approachable and helpful. The location of their beautiful home is so relaxing and serene especially sitting outdoors overlooking the expanse of the yard. House definitely feels like a home straight away. We travelled with another couple & had plenty of room both upstairs & downstairs in living area. We would definitely have liked to stay longer & highly recommend Kookaburra Retreat - thank you Leah & Paul.

Really lovely place to stay, comfortable, relaxing outlook and walking distance to beach, lake walks and cafe. Kitchen was well appointed. Everything has been thought of to make our stay as relaxing as possible.

We enjoyed our stay at Joanna’s place. It was very comfortable and we felt right at home. There is a small deck and lounge chairs to sit on looking out to the garden which was lovely. Joanna’s place had everything we needed for our five night stay, there are what looked like some great cafes and restaurants within a short walk. We would recommend Joanna’s lovely semi detached home in Drummoyne.

What a fantastic house to stay in for our family holiday! This accommodation is in walkable distance from the centre of Newtown, many public transport services and is surrounded by great parking! This is a great stay for families as there’s so much around to do and there is more than enough room throughout the house. Phou was an amazing host & we couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Great communication whenever we needed to get in touch. Super responsive & quick! Highly recommended!! Will definitely be looking out for this house when we come back to Sydney next!! ❤️

Kim’s place is so spacious and large with all the amenities and bits and pieces available, such as shampoo and cleaning supplies. Kim was very responsive and accommodating to our needs - letting us check out late. Kim is a very kind host and the place is great for a few days stay! It’s private to access and is in a good location close to cafes and parks. Definitely recommend!

It was easily accessible and made getting into the city easy. The apartment was warm and comfortable and parking was easy enough with our hosts providing detailed instructions. Really really enjoyed our stay

We had such a wonderful stay at Simon's place! It’s beautifully appointed and nestled on a peaceful street in Coogee, just a short walk from some fantastic restaurants and Coogee Beach. The bathroom and kitchen are super modern, creating a great atmosphere to unwind. We absolutely recommend this lovely apartment, and we can’t wait to stay here again!

It is a very nice place and comfy to stay very quite and very accessible to restaurants and easy access for bus transport.

The accommodations were as described with unexpected tall ceilings. The place felt bright, elegantly furnished, charming, clean, with lots of character. The window seat room with old fashioned windows was my favourite to read, relax and listen to the crashing waves of Manly Beach. No better location! A block from Cole’s grocer, Starbucks, the Corso Main Street and many restaurants. Manly ferry to Sydney CBD is a 10 minute walk. Salli is an excellent communicator and was prompt in our communications. Little thoughtful extras were left in the refrigerator. Lots of restaurant and walking recommendations were provided. I loved being here despite the unsettled weather of late November. I highly recommend Salli’s place.

Really enjoyed our time - location was perfect - apartment was clean and tidy. The starter pack (fresh fruit etc) provided by Nives and Perry was a nice touch. So nice to have a cuppa on arrival and not have to rush out the buy milk and bread. Thanks.

A fantastic place to stay, in a fantastic location, with fantastic hosts. I had an awesome time there and totally plan to return for another visit when I can. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Sydney who is looking to be near the eastern beaches (Bondi, Bronte, etc.).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Linda was helpful and responsive and made us feel very welcome. My daughter and I felt very at home, we were very happy. The cottage was perfectly situated for exploring Manly and further afield, and buses run regularly from Manly wharf if you don’t feel like slogging back up the hill.

Min's place was tidy, clean, private and I slept like a log. A very comfortable bed and large room with desk, which was helpful to site and eat. Check-in and check-out times were v flexible and Min was a delightful and friendly host. Im just sorry I had to leave very early and missed out on the breakfast that everyone is talking about! A great stay all round.

The stay at Bob Reed's house was a 10 out of 10. My decision to book that room was based on the photograph that illustrates the offer: a pleasant atmosphere with a magnificent view, in one of my favorite corners in Manly. To my surprise, everything exceeded my expectations, from the level of cleanliness to the quality of every detail it offers. The host is a person of exquisite sensitivity, who has lived and traveled extensively, with whom you can share interesting and fun talks, but who knows how to respect the privacy of his guest. I would definitely stay at Bob's Fairlight Gardens again.

Where do I start with my review? Harry is an amazing host and has always stepped up to help us dropping at the nearest station. We had the wonderful opportunity to taste rare blue cod because of Harry. We never felt outside home during our stay. Max and Luna are two absolute sweethearts to spend time with. The bonus was feeding the cockatoos and king parrots specifically Joseph the cockatoo which my husband enjoyed immensely. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves north shore side of Sydney. Each day will be worthwhile and you won’t regret it.

I am already missing this place. Robyn and Roger were truly wonderful! They supported me during my stay, especially when I had to go through things regarding my new life here. The breakfast service gave me warmth every morning. It was very nice to know the area and I will definitely visit again soon:) Thank you!

Had the perfect stay here, everything thoughtfully planned out with clear and helpful instructions on the stay and advice on the local area. Was very comfortable and Jeff and Todd are amazing hosts, very thoughtful details in this stylish home. A great location to easily walk around to local cafes and restaurants that Jeff and Todd left in their list of recommendations (which were superb!). Definitely encourage others to book and would stay here again in future. Thank you again for the care that went into planning food for our stay, appreciated all the effort you both put in to making your guests feel welcome and at home.
