Loved this house! So old and beautiful with quirks! It is old and we stayed in January so it got a bit cold in the house, but my husband loved it and thought it added to the charm. We will stay again if we’re ever in Cincinnati again!

Such a great, fun, spacious house — and well, those river and city views!! Hot tub and parking were huge plusses too. Nick was so accommodating during our holiday visit too, including to our pup. We hope to come back!

We had our family Christmas gathering at the Gray Whale - it was a perfect accommodation for a large family - plenty of space for meals, sufficient kitchen, plenty of beds and bathrooms, and room to work puzzles and play games.

We loved our stay at the Ludlow! Scot was very accommodating with us coming during a snowstorm! We loved how comfy the beds and pillows were! The theater made for a great night in watching movies! There were supplies in each bathroom, and even the toilet paper was nice! Overall we had a great stay and wished we could've stayed longer to utilize the hot tub!

This was a perfect house for our family. We were meeting up from different states. Everything was so lovely and well equipped. There was a nice, big back yard, fully fenced which my dog loved. The children playroom was awesome, my 2 yr-old nephew loved it! Great location in between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Highly recommend.

This is great place to get away and relax! Scott is a great host would recommend staying here.

Joshua is incredibly responsive. I never had to wait for a response. The hot tub is a great addition. Proximity to downtown is good. Ubers/Lifts were inexpensive to places we wanted to go because of the location. Joshua is definitely a super host!

We have stayed here before and will continue to come back. It is such a great house, ...very clean and well-appointed. and the host is very responsive. The house is also in a perfect location withing walking distance of historic downtown Loveland. Would definitely recommend this gem.

My son and I stayed here while on a visit to the University of Miami, Ohio. It had everything we needed and we felt comfortable on our 2 night stay. The check in was a breeze and Bekki and Michael made sure to text and check up on us once we arrived to make sure everything was ok!

You couldn’t ask for a better location. The apartment was very cozy, and I especially loved the towels.

We appreciate how welcoming Leah’s home is. Very clean and uncluttered. The back deck is an extra bonus along with a parking space. Leah made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back when visiting family.

We loved staying at Chris’s place! It was easy to find, easy to check in, and super cute! It was pretty spacious for an apartment in my opinion and the layout was well thought out. My husband and ai cannot rave enough about how comfortable the mattress was. Best sleep away from home ever! Although we didn’t spend much time in the place other than to sleep and shower, it was perfect. It was only 6 minutes from our family were visiting, a quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to a few places. My only complaints would be 1. that the floors are squeaky, so you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around very audibly but that is to be expected in an old farm house and 2. The water is not great. Definitely plan to bring or purchase drinking water as the tap water is not great and any women with dyed hair avoid washing as the water comes out brown at first leading me to believe a high mineral content. Overall an excellent stay and we hope to be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was super clean and cozy! During our stay there was a crazy snowstorm but with all the comforts of this rental we didn’t miss a thing! We sat on the couch and watched as the snow blanketed the deck with a coffee in hand. Just magical! Sid was a super helpful and kind! I would definitely booking this apartment!

This was our second stay at Maria's and once again everything was great! Convenient location to explore Cincy and/or Newport. That view never gets old!!

I'm a 20 yr resident of the OTR, it was revealed by the City Bldg Insp my furnace was not safe due to a problem with a worn out part, so he ordered the owner to shut it down last Fri. Frigid temps was expected over the next few days. It was abt 3a Sat when I found Sids place. I expl my situation he apologized and expeditiously made it available that afternoon, he took the time & reached out to make sure we transitioned smoothly & if we needed anything. This place was well furnished, clean, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I was supposed to ck out on Tues but I wasn't sure if the repr would be completed by Tues, so I texted Sid and asked if he could add an additional night & within mins. it was taken care of. I'm rating Sid a 10 b/c he showed genuine concern/compassion for my situation & quick response time. I loved the fact that parking was right outside of the gated/locked courtyard. If you want something in the heart of OTR & secure look no further this is it.

The place was great! Great size, good social spots on the upper and lower floors, two outside areas! Loads of beds for our group. Kitchen had everything we needed and multiple great bathrooms! Plus 2 parking spots! Couldn't of asked for more! Host was great, friendly and always responsive too! Would stay here again with a group for sure!!!

Location was stellar ! Easily able to walk to Findlay Market to the north and Washington Park to the south. Walked to restaurants, shopping, and local holiday festivals. Parking was a breeze with a paid lot literally around the corner from the condo. Felt comfortable knowing that Martin/host was so quick to respond to communication.
