Great place to stay for some peace and quiet with loved ones. Even better that it's privately owned and not part of a rental management empire. The hosts are thoughtful and responsive. The home itself is well appointed, cozy, and nice. Beds are wonderfully firm. There's not much going on near the house so plan to come stocked up and ready to just chill.

This home is exactly as pictured. Vicki was very accommodating and the location is the best. Food, grocery, gas all in very close proximity. Would definitely book again, especially to be able to utilize the amazing well decorated front porch and back yard area.

The sunset is amazing. The cabin is very nice and decorated. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The outdoor area is very nice, we had some problems with the cleanliness, some dirty kitchen utensils, dirty refrigerator and microwave with food leftovers. The cabin needs a deep cleaning. We needed to buy some things that we missed in the kitchen. The dishwasher didn't work, but they fixed it the same day. Jesse was very quick to help solve the problems and helped us with everything else. We were the first visitors after a long time without renting, so the cabin doesn't have everything we usually find in an Airbnb. There isn't much to do in the area. If you are looking for a very nice and quiet place, this is the place.

We had an amazing getaway at this beautiful lake house. It was so quiet and relaxing this time of year. The house had everything we needed and was absolutely stunning. We had a lot of fun with the kayaks, and the fire pit and grill were perfect for our evenings. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat!

Theresa was an AMAZING host. My plans were a bit unusual and she was so accommodating to ensure I had the best stay and could make use of the space for as long as possible. She was responsive and friendly and the space was so very cute and cozy. I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. I loved it so much, I'm not sure I ever want to stay anywhere else when i travel to Columbia. Thank you, Theresa, for all you did to help make my stay so enjoyable!

Tricia was very attentive and checked on us throughtout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Tricia's home was truly beautiful and we felt right at home. It was very clean and spacious. It was also equipped with more amenities than you would expect, when renting an AirBnB. Me and my family truly enjoyed this home and we are definitely going to visit again in the future. I promise if you rent this home, you won't be disappointed. 🙂

Location is amazing, view to the river from every window of the house and the porches, truly relaxing getaway! The house is beautiful, bedrooms are spacious, and its spotless clean. Most of all, Melinda was super friendly and responsive to all our queries. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location, quiet, peaceful, private and as advertised. The house was great, had everything you would need and more. An excellent option if you need comfort and quiet. The lake is very accessible, quiet, and clean. Cant say enough about the host, an overall great experience and very easy to work with. Trust me when I say, the host can make or break the quailty of the stay. We will definatly stay at Alan's place, again.

Nice lake location with a heron visiting every morning. Deck was beautiful and we were able to eat Thanksgiving dinner out there. While their presence is indicated in the listing, note that the interior stairs are very steep with varying drops. Navigate with care.

Rob's place is beautiful, private and peaceful! We felt right at home and we were sad to leave! The sunsets are amazingly beautiful and the moon and star views are breathtaking! If you have a telescope, bring it!! My family and I enjoyed every moment here and we cannot wait to return!! This place is such a jewel!

Lovely home. Dock for fishing. Nice yard. House was clean and easy to find/get into. Lots of utensils, towels, products etc. enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful, lovely views of the lake. Literally 2 mins from the state park.
