Beach house vacation rentals in Fairfield

This was our first experience using Airbnb and we are so glad we tried it out. Yan’s place exceeded our expectations and she was such a lovely host. Her place is quiet, located close to the beach and shops, and was very comfortable for a family of 3. We will definitely look at using her place again when we are in town. Jun’s place was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable and being just a block away from the beach was a great perk. Highly recommend it to anyone coming for a visit in SF.

This home was perfect for our group! Every year we book a place large enough for 5-13 people and spend a week together to ring in the new year. This was easily one of the best places we've stayed in! Lots of kitchen supplies, fun activities, clean towels and blankets, amazing instructions and manual made everything super easy, and Jules was incredibly responsive!! Couldn't ask for a better host or a better house!

The property was exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectations. The daytime views were spectacular, and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking - perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. We loved how conveniently located it was to both beautiful beaches and plenty of shopping and dining options. This place offers tremendous value for the price, and the layout worked wonderfully for entertaining our family. This is a very well located property within walking distance of the beach, multiple coffee shops, and spectacular parks. We were able to go on multiple hikes on the Lands End Trail and rent an e-bike to cruise through Golden Gate Park. There aren’t a ton of restaurants immediately around the property but you don’t have to walk more than 20 mins to get to some good options. The property itself was comfortable. Loved being able to sleep with the windows open in the middle of the summer and the patio out back was nice in the evenings. My only “complaints” (if you can call them that) are that the showers are a little cramped (probably not unusual in urban SF), and the place is noisier than I’m used to at night being on a corner lot (nothing that ear plugs and white noise didn’t drown out). All in all, great value and location.

Took the kids for a weekend of stargazing and kayaking. Absolutely fabulous location for both! Staying in the Delta was a new experience, and we loved it. The house was everything advertised and more. We particularly enjoyed the telescope, even though we never found the comet that was supposed to be out. Looking forward to coming back again.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage on Kristen’s beautiful property with our two kids and my parents. The cottage is beautifully appointed with a great sunny deck and very comfortable beds and linens. The property is amazing and we loved exploring the hiking trails and private beach and watching the sunrise. The kids also loved the trampoline. The house is in a very private location but it’s just a short drive to downtown Tiburon, which has lots of charming restaurants and stores. Kristen and Athena were wonderful hosts - very welcoming and responsive.

We had a great stay! The place was a great value—clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable inside. The hosts were super responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Convenient access to everything we needed. Would definitely book again in the future!

The house is as pictured in the photos. The kitchen is large and efficient. We found John to be extremely helpful and friendly, utterly kind and accommodating, and responded quickly to questions like where are the garbage bags. When we told him we had discovered problems with the TV's screen, he had a new one to replace it the next day at lunchtime. The Fernside neighborhood in Alameda is quiet, very walkable and pretty. The house is half a block from a large park with basketball, pickleball & bocce ball courts,. kids' play spaces, and a lot of green space. Very sweet!

We had a wonderful time during our weekend stay in Muir Beach. The views were spectacular at the house and at the outlook. We had two infants staying and they loved the play area. Gregory was extremely helpful with providing clear check in/check out instructions and recommendations for the area. He was also prompt in answering any questions we had.

My family of 4 got this place a week before. We had a last minute planned trip and were lucky to find this place. The location was great. Close to everything and easy to get around. Food places near by and local super market near by. Hostess answered all my questions quickly and was so friendly. The house was perfect for kids to have their own rooms. We played games that were provided and watched movies at night to relax. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely book again if we are in town.

Great stay. One of the best appointed kitchens I’ve stayed in. House was lovely, comfortable and great for a group. Close to the beach and Golden Gate Park. Easy access to a Safeway and public transportation. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stupendous house. Beautiful, comfortable, kid-friendly. Kitchen fully stocked and every other room was perfectly appointed. When I came upon a room in the basement, it was a gold mine of kids' books and board games. Treehouse is lovely. The primary suite is gorgeous...so much sun and views everywhere. We loved it and I wish I lived there.

The suite was spacious, spotlessly clean and exceptionally neat and tidy. Although we didn’t really use the kitchen, it was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was very quiet- allowing for a great night’s sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. It was very clean, well located in a delightful older part of Alameda, and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

Our extended family loved being together in one place! We had memorable meals and many laughs around the dining room table and enjoyed quiet times in the living room. Parker’s home is also squeaky clean! One thing to note is there are no bedside lamps in the 1st floor bedroom, so we learned to use our phone flashlights to get in bed. There are many many ‘extras’ provided, such as a pac & play, extra folding chairs in the basement, plenty of extra blankets & throws as well as some spices and plastic bags for food storage. Our family loves being together and this was a perfect place for us.
