Great, comfortable place in a perfect location to walk to downtown Yellow Springs or to Glen Helen to hike. While we did not use it, the kitchen was super retro-cute and had all the amenities. Great hosts too.

We loved this cozy little apartment! We were in town for a show at the Murphy Theatre just half a block away, very convenient. Everything was perfect, and we instantly felt right at home. Wish we could have stayed longer. We would definintely stay here again.

This was the cutest little loft. Very aesthetic and lovely. The location was perfect for a weekend away with shops to explore on the street right below Kim’s place. All of the little touches to the loft made it very homey!

Jenn’s place was just as listed. The unit was extremely clean and check in was simple with clear instructions sent ahead of time. A quiet and calm place to stay. I was there to visit my daughter at UD and it was an easy 9 min. drive. Would certainly stay again.

Great stay! Marcia’s place was perfect for a weekend in SW Ohio…easy access to I-75, comfortable bed and couch and nice feel to the place. Would highly recommend if you’re staying in the area!

Everything from beginning to end was exceptional! Clean, organized, nicely decorated, bright, updated, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet, and welcoming. Host was super pleasant and proactive and provided helpful, clear communication. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend!

This place is beautiful. The first words my brother said when walking into the place was “yes! this just made my night” and my brother is very particular. lol. We had such a great stay here. My favorite room was the large downstairs shower, but I loved that I had the option of a tub upstairs also. The kitchen is so spacious with a cute area to eat. The living room is inviting with a very nice flatscreen TV. All the rooms have nice beds with cozy bedding. I loved that they had blackout like curtains. The large two have flat screen TVs with streaming services. The heating was very nice since we stayed during December. Everything was very nice, even the smell of the soap. There is a stackable laundry area. The outside is so charming. Checking in was so easy, the instructions to get in as well. I loved staying here. And our host was responsive and great.

The house was comfortable and clean, Mark was very kind and gave some great local recommendations. We were attending the renaissance festival so the big mirrors in the bedroom made getting ready a breeze!

Our second time staying at Scott’s place in Troy and definitely not our last. The house is clean and has plenty of room. Love the fenced yard for our dog.

Renee’s home was just that. Very homey and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked and had little goodies here and there which was so sweet and very much appreciated. I had a few questions and Renee was quick to answer. The property has been saved in my favorites and if I pass thru this way again the home is tops on my list.

We had an excellent stay here. The inside is very well maintained and comfortable. We made brunch in the kitchen and found everything we needed in terms of cooking utensils/etc. There was a very slight smell of cigarette smoke when we first arrived, which seemed like it might’ve come from nearby because none of the furniture or bedding had any smoke odor. Overall, I would highly recommend

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Jeff and Jozlyn went above and beyond in their communication during our stay to ensure all was good and if we had any problems or issues with their accommodations, checking in on us throughout our stay. Their place was exactly as advertised, and the location was perfect for our needs. And we appreciated that their place was well-stocked with all the needed amenities! Thanks to them for helping us enjoy our graduation trip to Ohio!

I always try to stay at this house in one of the two units when I come in town. It is always clean, and super convenient to WEC. The place is quiet, the neighborhood feels safe and I always feel right at home!
