Small apartment in a super central location, within a courtyard and therefore without a view of the sea, but very convenient for all services. I emphasize the extreme cleanliness, organization and order of the apartment, which is not obvious. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a short stay, the apartment is in great condition, all the decor, bathroom included, is new.

Amazing location right in the heart of old town and close to everything including great restaurants. Host was very communicative and provided advanced warning of any issues. Early check-in was provided which we appreciated greatly! Thanks again Hanna.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect; we love this kind of smaller town where is beautiful and peaceful, with some great restaurants by the seaside. The scenery is breathtaking, and waking up to the stunning view of the Mediterranean every morning was such a treat. The flat had everything we needed. The underfloor heating kept us cozy and warm in winter, and the rooms were bright and filled with natural light during the day. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tranquility and amazing views!

Stefania was really quick to reply to all messages, and very flexible and accommodating with check in and check out times to suit my flights. She was really friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and a very good spec for old town Cannes (speaking from experience!!). It was incredibly well stocked - everything you could need in a kitchen, included coffee capsules, dishwasher and washing machine tablets etc.., and everything else you could need like an iron, hairdryer etc… A very good location at the top of old town so you’re 30 seconds walk from all of the restaurants and bars of Le Suquet. Really happy with the stay and very good value, thank you Stefania!

Great location that was walkable to everything. Lots of great restaurants nearby, felt like we were right in the middle of Monaco.

Moniques was sweet and friendly and welcomed us. The place was really nice and there was a good garden and terrace. Lovely easy to shopping, trains and beach. Definitely recommend and we hope to be able to come again.

We didn't get a chance to meet Xavier and his wife, but were greeted by Xavier's wife's friend who was very nice. She showed us around the place, explained the rules. The accommodation is very beautiful, minimalist with a nice view of the mountains frankly nothing to say. Despite the absence of Xavier and his wife, I was able to have the opportunity to communicate with his wife by phone, a very nice host.

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

The perfect location for a stay in Monaco. The terrace is huge and has an incredible view. Everything was comfortable and as described. Philip was lovely and responsive. It was great value too! ✨✨

The apartment is superbly located, you are in 15 minutes in Cannes and Fayence, also St. Tropez and St. Maxime are a good 30 minutes away. The location is very quiet, you don't get anything from the street. The amenities are good and you will find everything you need to stay a good week. We especially enjoyed the large wardrobe, the well-equipped kitchen and the jacuzzi. Only some decoration for the ambiance would not hurt the apartment to feel even more comfortable. The communication with Christie was very good and we responded very quickly to our questions. We can highly recommend the apartment.

Everything is designed to offer a relaxing and exotic setting. The hot tub is probably the highlight of this property. Clean, modern and very well maintained, it allowed us to enjoy real moments of relaxation in complete privacy. The cleanliness was impeccable, which immediately made us feel at ease. Very nice apartment in a good location near the paid parking station just across the street Shops nearby Decorating is really successful Perfect communication Only downside a scaffolding was present on the bedroom side which spoiled the view and the work starts early so a shame And at night the apartment is poorly insulated the traffic noises and residents are very unpleasant
