Great location. Right in the center of Patra, which I think is one of the best parts of the city, with restaurants, cafes, and shops of all kinds a few steps from the front door. The apartment is a studio-sized penthouse. You take the elevator to the 6th floor, then walk up one flight of stairs to reach the apartment's door. Perfect for a single traveler or a couple. I don't think it would work too well for a family though. The apartment was squeaky clean. Bathroom, kitchen, living area, all were spotless and tidy. WiFi is reliable and fast enough for streaming YouTube at 1080p with no problem. It's impossible to park on the apartment's narrow street. But there's a great parking "hack" - you can park your vehicle about 100m down the street, free of charge, at the decommissioned old Port of Patras. Great little place. I felt it was a good value.

I was in the Apartment for business trip, the location is perfect , the apartment is very big and has a lot of light , perfect view , clean and quite, for sure I will visit the same place I'm my next trip to Patra

The house is beautiful and spotless and we have no words for Mrs. Athanasia . She had provided for everything from amenities in the house and of course she had arranged and surprised us after I had told her that I had a birthday . Our whole experience was great . We recommend it 100%g

Beautiful apartment, new, clean, equipped with everything necessary. The hostess is very kind, precise in her explanation and helped us see the best of the city. Everything was great...the house amazing..the location quite good..close distances to Trikala and the surrounding areas..A little on the linens should pay attention to be clean fresh and definitely there is a mattress especially in the room with the two children's beds !!!

I really have no words! The accommodation fantastic for 4 people or for a family everything was wonderful, clean and tidy...the view fantastic and in a quiet location! The host Mrs. Athina was always kind and friendly with us not only for our stay but also with a problem we encountered with our car... helped us even though it was Sunday she found us an engineer and contacted us two more times to see if everything was okay and if we wanted to go back to the accommodation even if we had left!! Really thank you very much!!

Evangelos is one of the most hospitable people I've ever met. We were a group of 10 people and he had made sure to have us in the morning, wood for the fireplace, and generally formed a very beautiful environment. The house is even more beautiful than the photos, it is spacious, and very nicely decorated. We were all very happy with our stay, not only thanks to the house, but also Evangelos, who is a great and very good person.

Xara's home exactly matches the description and published photos. Nothing is missing, there are all the useful services, as well as several additional cooking utensils, it is spacious and tastefully furnished. Xara is an impeccable, helpful and punctual host. The only flaw is the location on the road that leads to the center of the village, which is very busy, does not want to experience the outdoor space and is a little noisy at night.

We had a great time at Mr. Vangelis' house. The house was super clean, warm and spacious. The view is magnificent! Mr. Vangelis was very kind and helpful. I think the photos don't do the house justice, when it comes to how comfortable it is. Thank you very much Mr. Vangelis!

Dimitris' place is great and so is he! We couldn't have asked for anything better … the ultimate retreat in the snowy Proushos . The house was super clean, comfortable, and always warm!

Great house,clean and quiet location with access to various places for walks, sights ,food and mountaineering !!! Mr. Christos very kind and willing to give instructions !!! He greeted us himself and was always available to anything we needed !!! I highly recommend it !!!

It's all as I expected and as other users described it. Everything was tidy and clean ,Mrs. Paraskevi very communicative , understandable,helpful (so is her husband) and gold!!!!Her sweets as well as the liqueur better than professional. I was delighted. I highly recommend it .
