Generally, the place was great, with a beautiful experience, all lovers our stay! Especially, that it was our second stay already with the family. It’s great that is very spacious, has amazing views, and also, it has a terrace for bbq (such an addition), i would say that it looks and feels much better than pictures! However, the cleaning fees and the cleaning rules of the apartment don’t go along really well! For 2 days only the cleaning fees were about 200£ and we had to keep it all clean upon checkout, which i have never experienced elsewhere! And i believe the cleaning could be done much better, because the house stinks of old, and may have air fresheners and stuff, and the spider nets to be cleaned properly on balconies, chairs, and corners of each room! After all, great experience for the second time us staying in Krattigen, there is so much to do, you’ll never get bored!

Absolutely beautiful apartment!

We were lucky to find Simone’s beautiful place right by the lake Thun! It was love at first sight for us from the moment we entered the Faulensee village, lovely neighbourhood with beautiful surroundings. If you love walking around, this place is just right for you. Inside the apartment was lovely and cosy. There’s a beautiful sit out overlooking the lake. We had our meals here whenever we could. All fittings and accessories are top class. The car parking is open but reserved for the apartment. We were very happy to get free private parking. Interlaken is just 15 minutes drive away. There’s a Volg grocery store a couple of minutes walk away. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this gem to other fellow travellers.

The stay was very nice. The house was very spacious, you had everything you need. Everything was clean, you immediately felt at home. The Andamor was always available and immediately responded to our messages very kindly. What I also really liked that The house was never cold, it was always very nice and warm. We'll definitely come back :) Thanks for thinking about everything :)

Charming welcome in this chalet well located in the heart of the Jura. The view is beautiful and even more so with snow for the 31st! The cottage is cozy, well-equipped and functional for 5!

The stay was very relaxing. The house was very spacious with many rooms and the bathrooms were sparkling clean. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of things. The lake is a walk from the house. We were able to walk very well with the dogs, even without keeping them on a leash all the time.

Loved our stay, the little chalet is cute, well-equipped, quiet, everything you could wish for in a peaceful retreat. Highly recommended!

Pleasant stay in a very well appointed, cozy and very clean cottage. Easy access, peaceful place and calm. The welcome is warm and we are delighted with the friendly relationship with the owners with good tips for local activities and gastronomy. Great apartment, large and with plenty of space, harmoniously furnished. In the garden there are various possibilities for play and relaxation. Very nice and likeable landlady, who welcomed us in a friendly way and gave us some tips about the region.

Great stay at Giovanni's! The apartment is impeccable, very clean with a huge balcony, it is very well located close to the lake, and the garage really facilitates access! I'll be back with no problem!

This apartment is absolutely fantastic in every way! We visited with our 5 year old and young baby and we all just had the best time ever. The location and view from the balcony is outstandingly beautiful, and there is loads to see and do in the local area. The apartment is perfect - comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Being able to use the spa facilities at the lovely Solbadhotel next door is a real advantage and our older daughter loved this. There is a great small supermarket nearby that has everything you need. The incredible hosts make this place even more special - all members of the Wicki family couldn’t do enough for us. They were all so friendly, kind, responsive and just lovely to deal with. We will 100% be back to visit again in future. Thank you so much!
