John’s properties never seize to amaze me. Definitely book any property of his, you won’t be disappointed.

Very clean and cozy place. Chuck’s instructions were very easy to follow. One TV in the living room with Roku, leather couch and tall queen sized bed in bedroom. Provided just enough necessities to last the duration of our stay. Chuck allowed us to be very flexible with check in and check out since there were no bookings before/after ours. Washing machine does smell mildewy but it does not affect the smell of your laundry. Neighbors do play music loud but that is not the fault of the host.

I have never had such an amazing, kind, relaxing host, SO responsive and helpful and understanding of our travels and our stay! We were on our way to south padre and decided last minute we should find some where to stop and rest. She got back to us ASAP even though it was past 12 A.M. & answered every question we had. We were able to get right in and rest. Her home is beyond spacious, cozy and absolutely love the high end touches, such as the open movie room & pool table, super comfortable beds, and lux updated bathrooms. The space and the shower head bathroom speakers were such a nice touch! They don’t skimp on what makes a house a home. They have considered all the details! I will definitely be booking again! Such a perfect, cozy relaxing stay. Thankyou SO much for going above and beyond and for such a great stay, this home will be our first pick every time we come through Texas from now on! ☺️

We had a house fire and had to move out for repairs. What we thought would be a 6-8 week stay here turned into nearly 5 months. All along the way, Tasneem was helpful and flexible about allowing us to extend our time. The backyard is wonderful for relaxing with easy access to the canal walkways. Inside, the reclining couches are so comfortable that you may find yourself accidentally taking a nap! This home had everything we could need, including a crib and play area set up for our young son. Tasneem was fantastic as a host, responding immediately to any questions/issues that arose. For example, when we let her know that we thought there was an issue with the air conditioning (this is Texas, these things happen), a technician was at the house first thing the next morning, and a whole new system was put in the very next day. We had a fantastic stay at a very nice home and Tasneem is an excellent host that helped us out a lot during a stressful time. I would highly recommend booking

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-maintained and cozy the space was. The hosts truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly patient, responsive, and attentive to our needs, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. You can tell a lot of effort has been put into making this home inviting and relaxing for guests. It was a peaceful, perfect getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Would definitely stay here again. The house is amazing and equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The home was very clean and Patricia was very accommodating. Great neighborhood. Plenty of space for everyone.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here with our 2 pups. It has plenty of space inside and out. The private driveway was great for our oversized truck. The fully fenced front and backyard was perfect for our dogs, there is a neighbor dog. Bunny and Main were very accommodating, responsive, and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again.
