Nicely laid out, huge kitchen & dining space. Read out on the patio, walked up to a hidden pier area and just listened to the water from Goose Creek. Everyone we encountered said hello. Lots of dog walkers. There was a cat that visited the ground level backyard. We weren’t ‘home’ a lot due to a Navy Ceremony, but when we were, it was nice! Huge TV, comfy beds, lots of towels & nice grocery store close by. The only thing worth noting was better TP would be appreciated. But we survived. Great place, highly recommended!

This place was great for a young family!! Especially for families with school aged children. Not only did the home provide a clean, safe, and spacious environment. It had activities in the home to engage all family members, not to mention one of the greatest playgrounds we have ever encountered located just across the street. The host was gracious and very responsive. We were very satisfied with our choice. Five stars across the board!!

Don’t expect luxury accommodations, but it was clean, well equipped and everything worked. Nice supply of cleaning supplies and paper goods. Adequate kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Seemed to be a friendly safe neighborhood with view of Taw Caw Creek. We did not use the ramp or boat slip but it was available as is listed. Ample parking space available for boat trailer next to the house with access to electrical outlet. Only the one restaurant to easily walk to so pack in groceries or drive 15 minutes. Also restaurant was closed two days. Nicholas was a super host.

Marise was an excellent host; she quickly responded to any questions. There was a hair dryer in all 3 bathrooms, condiments in the pantry, a steamer and an iron, a fully equipped kitchen, and a great laundry room. She even had a basket: Things You Might Have Left At Home! I have rented 3 VRBO homes, and this was the best experience! All of us truly felt like guests. Thank you Marise for providing us a home away from home!

Rae‘s home was absolutely beautiful and so spacious. The bedrooms were so comfortable and I felt right at home. In addition, the many squeaky clean bathrooms were so convenient. We also appreciated how she let us check in early for our friend‘s bachelorette trip and gave us some recommendations on places to see! Definitely would recommend this Airbnb to anyone wanting to stay close to downtown Charleston :)

This was the perfect space for my best friend’s bachelorette weekend! We were able to gather friends from across the country and Canada, enjoy the beautiful weather in the privacy of our own backyard and pool, and explore Charleston! The location allowed us to save money and have more room/time to enjoy the visit with everyone, and take advantage of some more local experiences. The house was so clean and well-stocked with toiletries and linens. Joseph was also very responsive, helpful, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this property for any group trip!

I stayed at Mackenzie’s place for a birthday trip to Charleston, SC and the place was amazing. There were four of us and it was great. The view of the lake is so pretty. The drive to downtown and all of the other places is close. I would definitely stay there again!

My family had an amazing stay for spring break! The pictures really do not do this place justice. The home’s layout is spacious and the kitchen is stocked with all the necessities. The back porch is huge and looks onto the lake. The private beach area is perfect for laying out and there are plenty of chairs. We used the dock for fishing and were able to rent a pontoon boat that we tied up to the dock for easy access. Audrey was very responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. I would definitely rent this place again!

Place was beautifully remodeled and in a great location, only 20ish mins from everything. The house was extremely clean and host was always responsive to any questions I had. No issues with neighborhood and it was extremely quiet and peaceful.

Brett’s place was a great place to stay with my little family for a long weekend get-away. The neighborhood was amazing with Park Circle nearby with the best playground I’ve ever seen! There was something for all ages at the playground, and my 1 and 3 year olds loved it so much we went 3 times. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and we enjoyed the house. Brett is great with communicating and giving recommendations. We would stay here again if back in the area!

Absolutely beautiful! The place was clean and inviting. The hosts had provided everything you could possibly imagine, even personal items if you forgot anything. There was so much to do for entertainment both inside and outside the home. We had a great time!

Kathy’s place was very nice and comfortable. Close to Brecks where we got a 30 oz steak for $32.99 was not a fancy place, but it was worth it and the steak was awesome. Another place we ate on the way out was in Somerville. Shuckin shack oyster bar. They had a great menu low price for the best oysters, clams and mussels. Steamed or raw also a great fried cod sandwich. I am sure everything there was awesome!! Oh good Bloody Mary too! The proximity of Karen’s place to a lot of things to do was nice. She also left us much appreciated wine and a gift. Thank you Kathy for a great stay!

The perfect stay! Beautiful lake, clean and gorgeous house, quiet neighborhood and amazing bang for your buck. We've stayed at a dozen Air B&B's and this was top 3! Plenty of space for our family of 5 (though could have EASILY fit another 3-5 guests). Never felt like we were falling over one another. Great fishing location (though we only caught one fish, haha), calm waters and breathtaking sunrise/sets. About an hour drive from the beach at Charleston (highly suggest Folly Beach). Morgan was responsive when we had questions and was always super kind.
