Ian has been the best Host I have had on AirBnb so far. He was super helpful and extremely friendly. His place is a two minute walk to the most beautiful beach and 10 minutes from cafes and restaurants. The place has everything you need to have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you Ian! Bella @ Ohana was everything and more. The apartment was so thought out, incredible details to every aspect of the apartment which felt like home away from home. The host made us feel welcome with gifts and personal messages. We will definitely be back soon!

We had such a lovely stay at Sue and Rose's place, they were both such accommodating and helpful hosts. The place itself was modern but with a lot of little touches to make it feel like home for a few days, complete with a view of the mountains from the verandah. The brewery attached is a great spot for lunch or a few drinks too. Next time we're down in Moruya we'll definitely be booking here again!

Had such a lovely stay here! The space looks exactly like the photos. It’s got beautiful views of the beach and only a short 5 minute walk to the beach/local cafe or a 10 min drive into the main part of Batemans.

The unit has been freshly updated with a very comfortable couch. This unit is located across from a beach in a quiet set of units.

Rod was there on our arrival and explained everything to us. The apartment was roomy, spotless with great views. It was well located with IGA a short walk down the road. Rod was extremely helpful in pointing out touristy attractions and went out of his way to lend us bikes so we could ride to Narooma ( a beautiful coastal route.) We had the use of a secure garage for our car. we also had use of a washing machine and dryer.

We enjoyed Alex's place very much, comfy with everything needed. We would love to stay again. Michael & Vicki

The house is just a gorgeous design and styled so beautifully, it felt both luxurious and comfy. Plenty of space, fully equipped and in a top notch location we absolutely loved our stay

Really liked this rental, the house was very clean and well equipped it trod the line well between two much personal clutter and spartan. We had no issues and access was easy. The owner communicated well but did not ineterfere all great!!

The place is immaculate considering it's pet friendly. it's easy to find, close to the water and has this incredible view into the river. The facility within the home is extraordinary from multitude of board games to a full pantry, it's amazing.

Great location! Beautiful beach just down the road and the pooch loved it. The house was comfortable and clean with a perfect backyard for the dog. Will be back!

Beautiful spot with a lovely view to make memories that will last a lifetime ❤️

The house was clean, inviting, modern and with magical bird song. We saw an echidna, rabbits and endless birdlife. The house is quiet for any light sleepers. The private beach is accessible for multiple properties but most of the time you are on your own. The kitchen is well appointed with great plates, cutlery and everything you need. We had all meals out each day with so many options in Bateman's Bay (our favourite was The Punt House and the Catalina Golf Club). One gentle but important suggestion: All beds are unstable, rickety and rock around with just one person sleeping and need updating with some more modern, secure mattresses and bases.

Like the other reviews say, the photos do not do it justice! My partner and I had a magical time at Lynne’s beautiful home. Hearing the waves crash, sunrise over the ocean and then whales swimming from our window view! Could not fault our experience. Will definitely be requesting to stay in the future. Thanks again Lynne, such a beautiful home indeed.

Everything was as described whilst Lynette proactively reached out to us with instructions. The location is beautiful whilst the patio and living room were wonderful places for family to sit and connect.
