The apartment has a wonderful view of the Colosseum from all 4 windows. It is an older apartment 3rd floor apartment, partially modernised, fully accessible for someone in a wheelchair. The apartment has most things needed for a short stay. There is a Carrefour Express very close to the building and a number of restaurants which are aimed at tourists due to the location. It is very quiet in the building despite being in a bustling neighbourhood. The bed was very comfortable. It is easy to go anywhere in the city - easy to walk or go to the metro, the local or tourist buses. Fall out of bed and be first in the queue for the Colosseum.

What a perfect stay in Testaccio! Great place to stay for a couple of nights in Rome! We loved the location and the apartment itself! On top of that, the flexible check in and responsiveness of the hosts made the experience even better. Strongly recommend for anyone visiting Rome that wants to stay outside of the very busy loud areas, while still being very close!

We had a great stay at Luca's place. It was clean and tidy, exactly as listed and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect, on a small square with cafe / bar and restaurants, easy walk to Campo de' Fiori and Trastevere and not far from the sights of Rome. We appreciated Luca's flexibility for our check in / our arrangements.

We return to Spain loved our stay in Fabio e Mauro's apartment. Before traveling they helped us organize the trip with their directions on the apartment and the services, both from the establishment itself, and those close to it. They made it easier for us to check in on arrival in Rome and during our stay they were always aware of us for anything we need. The apartment is a wonder, clean, flirty, with all the amenities offered in the listing and super cozy. It is in a small, quiet street, with many amenities (supermarket, restaurants...) and very close to the Colosseum and Fontana di Trevi. When we did the chek out we forgot the charger of a mobile and they were so kind that they took us to the locker point where we had left our luggage...they are great. Without a doubt, if we return to Rome we will repeat with them.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The location was perfect – within walking distance to all the main attractions, yet the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the powerful hairdryer and the availability of umbrellas, which came in handy. The coffee machine was a great bonus, saving us time in the mornings. There was plenty of hot water, and the two air conditioners helped keep the apartment warm and cozy. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, quickly addressing any questions we had. We would happily stay here again ❤️

Was an easy train / bus ride into the city once we found our bearings. The apartment was clean and well equipped with some essentials in the cupboards.

We had a wonderful stay at Mimmo’s apartment in Trastevere. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Trastevere station, making it easy to get around Rome. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the bus stops right below the building provide direct access to Termini station. The apartment itself was cozy and felt like home. Special thanks to Flavio, the co-host, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay in Rome!

We were very satisfied, the apartment was great as described in the photos. Very modern and exquisite with the two roof terraces. We were able to communicate with Marianna via text message immediately. e.g. the Internet didn't work for all guests, but on the second day everything went! It was good from the crowd of people in the center to get to this neighborhood, everything available, restaurants, hip suburb with underground music and cafes and bars, a market right outside the door and the metro and the nearest supermarket 5 minutes from the apartment. Everything perfect for the four of us "girls" ;)

Nice little condo very close to termini Roma!

Me and my fiancé and our dog have stayed 4 nights at Cristina's place. She sent us clear instructions how to get in. We really liked the building in the sense that it feels safe (there's a very simpatic genitor called Luka :) The apartment itself looks exactly like on photos. I liked drinking coffee on veranda in the morning, the bed is comfortable, we could wash our clothes in washing machine, and dry it outside, the bed felt comfortable, both bathrooms clean and we did use the jacuzzi and it was lots of fun. I actually am not a big fan of industrial style for a home but it felt like home coming from long walks in Rome. We watched the (big screen) TV in Italian, it was fun. For the location, there is a great park for dogs some 20minutes walking, many restoraunts, stores, and even green surfaces. To visit the city centre we went by car, it's some 30 minutes away. The neighborhood felt friendly, the food is amazing! Cristina is very nice and friendly! When in Rome I recommend her place!

Perfect location. Walkable everywhere and to the metro. Very giod restaurants within walking distance. Francesco was great, great communication and even let us check in early. Space comfortable for 4 people and laundry was an added bonus. Thank you.

We came to Rome to eat and explore and this flat was the perfect base. Walking distance to most major attractions and surrounded by excellent places to eat! The hosts provide you with some brilliant recommendations for local restaurants. The flat is also around the corner from a place called Trapizzino, that we would advise you visit at least once! Trastevere is a beautiful and vibrant neighbourhood with a bustling nightlife, but as soon as you close the door to the 2nd floor flat, you can't hear the street below. The bed was a bit soft for our liking, but otherwise everything was very comfortable. A great kitchen with nespresso style coffee machine, spacious bathroom with an additional ensuite toilet and the highlight...a private, sunlit balcony! Simona and Gianluca are quick to respond with anything you might need and organised an airport transfer for our return. We look forward to staying here again when we return to Bella Roma.

Great flat in a great location. Gianmarco and Christina were lovely hosts, ensuring that we arrived safely in the middle of the night. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight - I'd strongly recommend a soak in the hot tub at sunset!

I needed a place near a work project location. Had to have walking access to my project and local restaurants, reliable internet, and in unit laundry. All expectations here were met. Great, very comfortable location, courteous and responsive host, excellent food and shopping choice nearby.

It's a very modern apartment. Everything is like the photos and description. Amenities are modern in every sense. We didn't miss anything. The highlight is certainly the large main terrace with the hot tub, which was technically easy to use. It was very clean, modern and we didn't miss anything. Particularly noteworthy is the exciting and extremely smart check-in via smartphone via a link. However, the apartment can also be entered manually by key. There is also a very nice lake nearby, which we could easily reach by car. Claudio was always quickly reachable with our concerns and questions, polite, and was able to solve our problems. i recently stayed at this airbnb. from the beginning i felt welcomed. the instructions and the description were clear and good. the location and the property are perfect. most importantly, our host was super helpful and thoughtful during our staying.

Svilena’s home is a completely remodeled and modern home in a charming authentic building! We loved the layout for four people, it was spacious, and serene with views of the lovely garden. We really enjoyed the high quality, comfortable furniture, modern kitchen and smart TV. The location is close to the Museums and Borghese park, so not in the Centro area, but still walkable. Highly recommend for repeat Rome visitors looking for more space, privacy, and a bit of luxury with an attentive host!
