Nice apartment. 20 minute walk to Hastings Street. Some nice restaurants just over the road together with a convenience store and pizza place. Tastefully decorated with enough room for 4 people. Noosa Heads is beautiful- always a thrill to be there.

Jo and Nigel’s place was wonderful, perfect location, you can walk everywhere! The ground floor apartment had great access to the pool area. Communication was friendly and prompt. Highly recommend, would stay again.

This apartment is perfect for a stay in Coolum Beach. It is opposite the patrolled beach, close to restaurants and bars. It is a short walk to the main shopping street and there are plenty of opportunities to treat yourself with some retail therapy. Dave is an amazing host and his apartment is very quiet and has ocean views from the balcony. The apartment is spacious, clean and well kept. It is equipped with everything you need and Dave is very responsive if you need assistance. The apartment has secure under building parking and can accept large vehicles. Coolum Beach is a broad sandy beach and perfect for that typical Aussie beach holiday. I have stayed at numerous Airbnb stays in the Coolum Beach area and Dave's apartment is the best so far. I will certainly be back. Thanks Dave.

My partner and I had a great 5 night stay at Manny’s apartment. We were looking for a quiet comfortable place with a nice pool and proximity to the beach, and that’s exactly what we got. The apartment is in a great location overlooking the pool and you can be on the apartment balcony and feel like you are poolside. The apartment was clean and homely and had everything we needed. Air con excellent. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen is a little tired but this was not an issue for us. Thank you Manny and team.

11/10 place. Highly recommend esp with kids. Toys, high chair, all kitchen & laundry amenities provided as well as beach toys. Perfect location, 4 cafes within 50m and lots of restaurants nearby. The hosts were so helpful and friendly and catered to our needs. It was also a block behind the beach but a 10m walk to the motel pool with lots of space to run around on the bottom floor which was perfect with our toddler!! We’ll be booking it again :)

We enjoyed our stay very much. Apartment was as described, beautifully decorated and had a great feel to it, the pools and surroundings are beautiful. Location is excellent, we enjoyed being close to the junction, the best dining options in our opinion and close to the supermarket:

The apartment was wonderful, peaceful and we really enjoyed our stay. The owners went out of their way to rectify some items that weren't as described and did so within hours, which was very kind. I was very impressed with the prompt messaging to any queries. would highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing stay with all the items needed. The location was great, however the walk up the hill multiple times day with all the beach gear does get tiring but in the end id say it was worth the tranquil peace of being slightly away from Hastings Street.

It’s an amazing place to stay in Noosa. Close to the beach, and mostly junction with its restaurants and bars. The appartement is very pratical, super clean and lovely! Big bedrooms and living room. I would recommend it 100%.

We absolutely ADORED our holiday getaway at this homely and cozy beach house! Pet friendly, spacious, everything you could need and more. Walking distance to the dog beach and the local Coolum hub spots. A very peaceful spacious suburban area. We loved the downstairs bbq and the facilities were comfortable and clean. Thank you for everything Maurice and Michelle, we hope to return soon!

An enjoyable break with the adult family and dogs. However, the road was busy (as stated) and a better fenced off area for the dogs would have been perfect. The Barn was very attractively appointed and had everything we needed.

Very beautiful house, perfect for a getaway with friends. Spacious house with comfortable living areas, I would definitely come back to this home. Having a well stocked kitchen was definitely a highlight, for those planning to prepare their own meals… Not to mention the views were the cherry on top!

Deb was very responsive when we encountered some issues upon check in. It was a peaceful neighbourhood. We had a newborn with us and she kindly arranged a portacot for us. The beach house came with a decent kitchen for a group to enjoy some home-cooked meals. The balcony offered very nice breeze over our Christmas stay! Aircon worked well for us. Overall it was a pleasant stay in the summer.

I was on an annual work trip and in need of a longer term base, Fourth Ave Caloundra was excellent for this purpose. The property had everything you could possibly need. And it was absolutely immaculate. Beautifully presented. Clean and comfy. Wonderful neighbours in Unit 1 who helped with anything I needed during my stay. I felt safe and secure there. The accommodation was very highly priced so I had to move locations when school holidays came along again, but all in all it was a lovely Sunny Coast chapter in Caloundra and I am very grateful to have had the experience.

Great location, beautiful home and amazing amenities. The cupboards had everything we needed for our stay! They thought of everything! The kids loved the big backyard and the pool was great (however quite deep). Shame the kids cubby was out of order but still a nice place to run around on the grass. The lights in the bedrooms flickered quite a lot no matter which level they were dimmed at but a small issue that I’m sure can be fixed. Lived the privacy of the home and safe enough for our car to be parked under the shade behind a gate. Thank you for a beautiful stay, we will be back!

Fantastic place to stay. Short walk to Noosa Junction and Hastings Street / Main Beach. Everything you need in the apartment, with a lovely view of the beach. Hosts very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Great Location with nice pool. Close to supermarket, cafés and beach. Road was a bit noisy though. Moreover a bit noisy due to some maintenance work in the Apartment complex. Gym and Sauna were closed for some days due to maintenance work too. Communication was very nice and quick. Overall had a great stay. Thanks for having us!

Rachael’s place was exactly as it looked, so light and airy. Super comfy beds and a great balcony overlooking the main pool. Such a bonus that beach towels, beach chairs and a tent are provided for use. Great value for money! We were on the tail end of schoolies at the resort, but you wouldn’t have known it, there was next to no noise during the day and early evening from any of the schoolies staying. Will definitely come back, such a great location within walking distance of all you need.

Great stay in Tim and Kim’s place. Best communication of all Air Bnb’s I’ve stayed in. Clean, good value, and great proximity to public transport.

It was such a great position. Near beach and Surf Club and across from Shopping Centre. Netflix, Food wraps, Salt & Pepper, herbs etc in pantry were awesome. We really loved our stay. Thank you.
