Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

We had such a fantastic stay (family of six). Only disappointment was having to leave. The setting and hospitality was great. The stairs within the tower unit proved a little onerous but only added to the historic feel… plus the view once on top made the climb more than worth it. Also, the cooking class with Monica was terrific. She was excellent and very patient and playful with our children. We hope to return again soon.

Comfortable house in the Tuscan countryside. Beautiful views, and easy to manage day trips to surrounding areas. Nada was great at communicating and had many recommendations. Her daughter coming for a cooking class was a fun afternoon activity.

Filippo and Teresa were great. They made us feel at home and the place was amazing. Recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Tuscan stay.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Beautiful views in a tucked away corner or Manarola. The place has everything you need and the outdoor space in particular stood out for the peaceful and quiet setting for a book and a glass of wine. Excellent place to set out for hikes. Roberto was exceptionally responsive, helpful and even welcomed us with a bottle of bubbles!

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.

Beautiful quiet location within walking distance from the train station and the old town where most of the restaurants were located. While there were quite a number of stairs to navigate up with our large luggages, Gianni was super helpful to help us with one. The apartment had everything we needed and Gianni recommended quite a few places for us to eat since it was the low season and not all places were open.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely unforgettable stay – the view alone is worth it! This penthouse is everything you dream of when you picture staying in Florence. The private terrace offers a panoramic view of the city—Duomo, Piazzale Michelangelo, the mountains—it’s all right there. We spent every morning and evening out there soaking it in. The apartment is beautifully designed and full of natural light. The living space is spacious and well-appointed, and the bedroom was incredibly comfortable and quiet, which made for great rest. The elevator was a nice bonus after long days of walking the city. Vittoria was a fantastic host—responsive, warm, and thoughtful. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout the trip. Location-wise, it’s perfect. Just far enough from the tourist-heavy areas to feel peaceful, but still walkable to everything—Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, and the train station. Plus, the neighborhood has amazing little spots like Samambaia Café just aro

The place was really very nice and everything was as described. The location is really great, both the beach and Portovenere are just a short walk away. Directly in Portovenere, wonderful hiking trails start, so you hardly need the car...The garage is an absolute plus! The communication with Nicoletta was very easy and she gave all the important information in advance. After a few days, we were just allowed to move into an apartment with fantastic sea views and views of the bay, which we really found super nice and not self-evident. We would come back in a heartbeat and spend our vacation here! :)

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

The apartment was just fantastic! The huge roof terrace with stunning views over the water and Monte Argentario was our absolute favorite place. Especially the outdoor kitchen, where we liked to cook – superbly equipped and perfect for ending the day relaxed. Antonio was incredibly friendly and helpful, always on hand when we had questions, very nice conversations. We immediately felt comfortable. Everything was very neat and clean. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Finally: The car could be parked very well (small garage close to the apartment). Absolute must-have for Monte Argentario, parking is otherwise difficult here.
