I enjoyed my stay and could not have imagined it better. Ikoyi Plaza is just across the street, which made grocery shopping very easy. The staffs were very helpful and kind. Ekenam was very proactive and made sure I had all needed information. I can only recommend the clean and cozy BDG apartment for anyone planning a Lagos trip.😊

I really enjoyed staying here and the team was very responsive. I’ll be back here next time I’m in Lagos.

I've stayed in many places in Nigeria (check my profile to confirm) and Mr Seun's place has to be the best experience I've had so far. Clean & peaceful environment at a fair price. Constant electricity, friendly staffs, suffice to say I've now found my home away from home whenever I'm in Nigeria.

My stay at Winnie's is a memorable one. A very lovely place, everything was in place as she described it. Initially there was a little hiccup (Water issue) but it was quickly resolved by her. I must confess she's a proactive person. The manager on ground to was excellent, attending to my everyday needs. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there and I'll DEFINITELY BE BACK AND ALSO RECOMMEND TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. WELL DONE AND KEEP IT UP

I rarely buy anything without checking the reviews. However, despite Oluwadamilare's place being new and not having any, I felt the pictures were good enough to proceed with the booking. It turned out to be a great choice. The apartment was exactly as described. I was blown away by how spacious, clean, and tidy it was. The apartment also had all the amenities that made it a great stay. Power was 24/7, and the cleaner did an outstanding job every time he showed up. The tranquil nature of the building and neighborhood made it easy to work, and the security was top-notch. Oluwadamilare was a great host, always checking daily if I had any issues or concerns. Vivian and Joy were wonderful hosts. The location was great. There were always young men and women hanging around the establishment but they were never disrespectful or hostile towards guests. I would recommend Vivian’s place and stay there again. I do hope the elevator is working though when I do.

Komboye was a great host, very friendly and helpful with anything needed. Good safe location, I would recommend.

The estate was relatively easy to locate based on directions given by Ola and a little help from Google maps. There was 24 hours electricity in the building and there were very respectful and professional staff on site to provide assistance when needed. Ezekiel and Naomi were phenomenal and they always wore a smile when I saw them. I felt safe within the estate as there are police officers and security guards that required one to have a code to enter and exit the estate. I was able to go to bed with both eyes closed. One could also tell that there was much consideration for attention to detail during the construction of the building that the unit is located in, which is one of the best in the estate. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Lagos if my building construction isn't completed.

My stay in Ehis’s place was phenomenal. Despite some minor challenges, Ehis was still flexible which ensured for peace of mind in my stay. He assisted to arranging an airport transfer which also facilitated ease in getting to the location and checked in. The place itself is spacious, clean, and in a great location for food, community, and attractions. Security and amenities were also great. I had minor issues with pro activity, response times, lighting being out, and some appliances not working but did not greatly impact my stay. I also would’ve appreciated some information related to the area such as gate closures etc, and any restrictions in the area which weren’t included in the listing. All in all, this was a great stay in a perfect location, and Ehis was great as well. I would definitely rebook if available and accepted.

This listing honestly exceeded the description and my expectations. The building was VERY secure, gated with 24/7 security, doorman, and receptionist. The elevators require specific keys to even use them. Second, the space was beautiful, spacious and very clean. We were very comfortable. Additionally, the building had the most amazing amenities. If we come back, this is the only place I’d stay. And the host was very responsive and helpful. I can’t express how great of a time we had here.

Smith’s place looked just like the photos and was well decorated I requested a cake and decorations for my birthday and they really delivered! Everything was perfect! Anytime I needed help, I could reach out to them for anything & they would assist right away The view from the patio was nice to see everyday - it would be even better to add one more chair outside My friends and I felt safe the entire time The beds were firm and I would’ve preferred them to be a tad bit softer but different people like different bed types so they can’t help that I would definitely stay there again! Cons - The security guards were annoying because they weren’t letting our Ubers in the gate so we had to walk to the gate each time instead of getting picked up from the stairs - One of the days, both elevators were down so we had to walk 6 flights of stairs to get to our unit - Random power outages but that happens almost everywhere in Nigeria so don’t be alarmed, the power comes back on within minutes

All was as stated. looked exactly like the images. The neighbourhood was decent and had all shops close by. The Host was friendly and receptive.

This place looks like in the pictures. Very responsive host and a very helpful on-site manage (s/o Tim!). I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.
