Very well-located apartment in the center of Royan. Walking distance to the beach very quickly. The accommodation is clean and functional. Vanessa is attentive and responds quickly to all inquiries. We had a lovely stay with our 2 kids.

Very good stay in this seaside apartment. Ideally located at the end of the walk, at a pedestrian distance from the thalasso and restaurants in the center. Very good communication with Sophie. Thank you for your flexibility, it was much appreciated.

We came for the weekend at Fabienne's in her very nice, clean, spacious and very comfortable apartment. We loved feeling like a little bubble cut off from the world when we came back from our walks and the different spaces are very nice. Thank you for your lovely welcome!

We had a great time in this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches ,shops and city center within a 15-minute walk, so we did not use our vehicle for the duration of our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. Our host Suzanne was very nice and welcoming. Thank you Suzanne for your welcome, we recommend your rental!

The house was really perfect. Very comfortable and complete. Located 5 min walk from the sea. Close to town. 5 min by bike. We loved the garden as well. Big and lots of trees with a nice hottub and jeux de boules area. We love to come back next year!

We had a great time with friends at Marion's! The house is very well decorated, clean, and equipped with everything you need. Upon arrival, we were greeted with great warmth and professionalism by Marion, who is a thoughtful host. The atmosphere in the house is very warm, and it smells divinely good! We are already looking forward to coming back this summer to enjoy the pool. I would recommend it in a second.

Sandrine's place is as described, clean and comfortable. It is close to the Saint Laurent de la Prée train station which allows you to walk there and be able to go to Rochefort and La Rochelle without a car. Fouras beaches are 5 minutes away by car.

We had a lovely stay at Dominique's. The unit is very well equipped and located in a peaceful location. Dominique is very friendly and very accommodating on our arrival time. We highly recommend and will not hesitate to return during a future stay on the island of Oléron.

Very nice spacious and bright apartment, very well equipped with an exceptional view of the sea, completely as advertised. Everything is done on foot: beach, shops, restaurants, ready-to-wear shops........... The concierge is attentive and very responsive to any request and the welcome is very warm.

Accessible, quiet, consistent with the photos and very well located next to the sea. The pluses: the garden, quick access to the sea, very well-equipped accommodation (everything was provided), kind attention from the owner for our baby where she provided us with bath capes,… Comfortable bedding. Small minuses: capricious wifi and unheated pool. We highly recommend this place!

The apartment is in a very good location just in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk around. It is spacious, very well appointed and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a beautiful place.

Great spacious apartment with balcony, and sea view, in the center and that remains quiet and peaceful. 🌊 Private parking in the residence with free location. Accessible on foot or by car, no difficulty parking. Self check-in with lockbox 🔑 and Sandrine is accommodating during check-in and check-out times. Plus, she's very responsive before and after. A little hesitation when requesting to rent this accommodation... A few previous not very positive reviews mentioning an outdated side or parking difficulties. Alexandre was able to reassure me about this last point because if the box is indeed narrow, if it is not possible to park on the street at the foot of the building, it remains very easy on a nearby street. As for people who believe that the superb view cannot compensate for the flaws of the accommodation, I agree with these reviews! On the one hand, the view is exceptional, few offers on this coast are able to offer better at this price level! On the other hand, if the apartment is not new, talking about dilapidated seems excessive to me... We lived there, an adult and 2 teenagers, with all the comforts we wanted and even more! Cleanliness, availability and kindness of Elodie and Alexandre, proximity to restaurants, bars and shops. Unused heating... Recommended without reservation.
