Very good time in this house, we came as a couple with our two young children. We were thrilled to find a well-maintained family home. We were pleased to find a house with a soul compared to many “sanitized” homes. The sea view and location in relation to the Dune du Pilat are exceptional.

We stayed the first two weeks of September, the place is really great! The kitchen is really super well-equipped, we took pleasure in using it to make good dishes with the products of the Montalivet market. The small garden is super well appointed, whether it's the large table or the garden furniture it's really nice. Especially since our stay in September where the wind was sometimes very cool at the end of the day on the beach, the garden furniture allowed us to enjoy the sun at the end of the day. I close to I beach is really the big PLUS of this place, it takes 3 minutes to walk slowly. also located right next to the pedestrian street. Taking this place I was able to spend my two weeks without ever using my car and that's GREAT! In September we were not all bothered by the noises of the pedestrian street which can be noisy in season. Thank you for this stay in Montalivet

A nice intricate house in the middle of the village, without the hustle and bustle being too disturbing. 5 minutes' walk to the sea, just perfect. We particularly liked the small courtyard, which was not visible from the outside. Sylvie took great care of us and was right there with a - not really real - problem with the washing machine. We certainly weren't there for the last time.
