Fantastic find! Great location and clean inside and out. Enjoyed the quiet corner home. Close to everything you could want. Highly recommended.

The house was great. Super clean and comfortable! We utilized all bedrooms and space. The lights in one of the bedrooms didn’t turn on but I’m sure they would have fixed it right away if we asked. We ended up putting the baby crib in there so we honestly didn’t need lights. We did not run out of any supplies and felt at home. I can’t think of any space I saw that was dirty or gross upon arrival. The neighborhood was decent but we didn’t see any other families or kids in that specific neighborhood or parks the entire time. It was nice stores and restaurants were so close. We would stay at the house again if we were to need a stay in Goodyear!

Clean, well equipped, fantastic pool & hot tub. Surrounded by mature plants giving it a private, resort like atmosphere. The house is adjacent to tons of great shopping & restaurants- so many options. 10/10 would rent again!

Kevin was a fantastic host- responsive and helpful. The home was spotless, exactly as shown in the photos, and located in a peaceful, welcoming neighborhood. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kevin’s place to others!

We are a family of 6 with 4 grown teenagers and this place was perfect for us. Beautiful big house with room to spare, big kitchen, nice beds. The backyard is huge - big hot tub, nice pool. Had a couple of small issues and they were taken care of right away. Great location with access to old town - seems to be centrally located so we could reach anywhere we wanted to go via freeways in 25 minutes at the most. I would not hesitate to book this place if you are heading to Phoenix - you won’t be disappointed.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Cami's home! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed, from dish soap to seasonings for our meals. It truly felt like a home away from home. While the pool was a bit too cold for a swim, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi. The location was also fantastic—close to a Safeway with a Starbucks inside, as well as plenty of dining options. My husband and son had a great time golfing at Peoria Pines, and the Peoria Sports Complex was conveniently less than a 15-minute drive away. We would definitely stay here again!

A really nice place! We had a small group in for a business trip at the Biltmore and this was way more than we needed! Huge. Wish we spent more time there. The view from the roof deck at night are wonderful! Only odd thing is you have to sign outside of Airbnb a lengthy contract. Didn’t love that.

My husband and I loved our long weekend at Melissa's! The property is beyond beautiful, so quiet and peaceful, and super clean! The bed was comfy and the highlight was our little visits from Zoe, Melissa's dog. I would highly recommend that you stay in the peaceful gem! Easy to get around the area and Melissa was great for recommendations of all to do and see!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is beautifully appointed, wonderful kitchen and outdoor area with the pool is a treat! The hosts were cordial, polite and wanted to be sure we were enjoying our stay, or needed anything. We would definitely go back!

Great place! Pool and outdoor space is fantastic. There is a shed full of fun toys and games for the kids to play with. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. House has everything you need! Tatiana and Steve were great communicators, always quick to answer our questions.

We flew in for the weekend to spend some time in Phoenix. The house was well equipped with the things we needed if required. 2nd bedroom I thought was a little smaller than what I imagined but still had plenty of room. Felt pretty comfortable overall and would definitely consider coming back again!

This was our first time utilizing an AirBNB, and are we spoiled! The house is beyond amazing. We booked this for a retreat for a family wedding and it was perfect! The backyard is a true oasis. From the pool to the hot tub, to the relaxing chairs, to the firepits. There was something for all ages to do, as we had an age span from 1 year to 88 years. The bedrooms are amazing and so welcoming. We felt like we were at home as soon as we walked in. Lisa was responsive from day one. This is highly recommended and I can not wait to go back! We stayed here for a bach party from the 12th-15th with 6 girls. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had or issues within a few hours. This is a prime location, any place you want to go is within a 20 minute Lyft ride OR LESS! It made going out to restaurants and activities very easy. House was very clean and appears bigger and nicer in person compared to pictures! The master bath has upgraded features with three shower heads! The pool was also very clean with a nice outdoor space. There were pool towels and pool floats available to be used! Beds were very comfortable and rooms spacious. Some minor complaints we encountered were noise easily traveled from the living spaces to the bedrooms, some of the fan remotes did not work, and the hot tub unfortunately was not usable in its condition (we shared this info with the host and they immediately gave a partial refund which was greatly appreciated). Would overall stay at this property again!
