The seaside house is meant for a romantic getaway with a wide array of space (50m2). The big windows of the beach house help you admire the sea view right from the bed. The sand beach, hot tub, and plumbing sauna are just 40m long, with amazing view of the ocean and starry sky. In the dark, it has the light from the wooden lights of siles in the garden. A beach house is a private house, but situated on the same property as the family's summerhouse, but you don't live there when you're renting out your space. Both houses are confined and have a private memento.

The modern building is new, finished in 2022 and is situated inside a city block making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are excellent possibities for dining, culture and shopping close by. One free and private parking space is included right next to the building entrance. Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
