Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Esterillos Este

My family loved staying here! Everyone had their own bedroom and most had their own bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. The kitchen isn't really set up for serious cooking but we made it work (no measuring cups, etc). The area is perfect and I loved the security of being in a gated community. Highly recommended.

We just finished a 6 day stay here and were SO happy with our experience. Booking was straightforward and the host was very responsive. Jefferson and his mother went above and beyond for us, and were kind, helpful, and made us feel at home. The other reviews don’t exaggerate about her cooking: Hands down the best food we’ve had here, and reasonably priced. The cottage was VERY clean, spacious, well furnished/equipped and even nicer than shown in photos. The location is phenomenal. Pool and lounge was great, lagoon in the back brought interesting wildlife and the beach out front was perfect and private. Sunrise AND sunset on the beach, hard to beat! Totally our style and we hope to return one day!

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 children—exactly as described and shown in the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Brian was an great host, always friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommended!

I'm conflicted on writing this review because I want the house to be available next time I come back and anyone that stays here will definitely stay again! The location is at the south end of Jaco on the main road. We had a very short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants in the immediate area. Everything else was within a less than 5 minute drive. The house itself was perfect for our group of 5 guys and could have held even more. The house was beautiful and clean. We had plenty of privacy but did not feel like we were too far from anywhere. The pool is a must and it was perfect for our stay. The air conditioning in each room worked great to keep us cool during the warmer days. The team was very responsive with any and all needs. We received recommendations for local places that we can say were great recommendations. I have no regrets staying at Fishbonz and would GLADLY book this stay over and over. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Nice and practical. Clean, quiet and private. Small but private pool, just to spend with family or friends. Close to San José, Automercado and places to eat quite close by car. No basic things like oil, salt, paper towels or kitchen towels or shampoo. There is no air conditioning in the common area but with the one in the rooms it manages to cool the rest of the house. Good water pressure.

Great place and place. The welcome is warm. We were lucky enough to have a visit to the Saimiri by the pool. Thank you very much for these few days.

An immense house in wonderful condition, ideal to spend a few days with a large group of family and/or friends. The main floor has a giant room, a very good kitchen and a beautiful terrace (ideal for BBQ), the very well equipped lower and upper floor, both the rooms and their respective rooms and kitchens. The pool and jacuzzi area is very nice. Overall, a great case. About the host (Yosué) and the maid, both extremely attentive and helpful at all times. On 10/10.

We felt very quiet in place, safe, private, quiet. Close to downtown allowing walking to the beach. The place is very nice and clean. What I liked most is the flexibility of time to leave until 10pm. We will be back soon. Grs Maria

Rocío helped us super fast even though we made an early booking everything was ready, the place is super clean and you manage to find everything you need to have a good stay. The place we had had a pool table that gave us a super entertaining evening, we also had access to the pool of the complex that has saved us from the strong jacó heat. It will undoubtedly be my first choice on my next visits to Jacó.

Convenient location, easy check-in, very peaceful and clean place. Totally recommend it!!

BOOK IT NOW. One of the best places and host I’ve stayed in to date. Just off the main strip in Jaco. We walked everywhere! 24/7 security. Beautiful pool. Spacious apartment. And a fantastic price. I don’t think I ever waited more than 15 minutes for a response from Phil. We had a very late flight and for a small fee AND last minute we were able to stay until 7pm. No problem. Saved as a favorite and can’t wait to return. Pura vida!!

Lovely place and an amazing staff. Laura made sure to respond to anything I needed. The place is very clean and looks just like the photos. Walking distance from the beach also have a nice little bar out front with friendly bartenders. I will recommend this place for a single traveler or a couple. Will be back soon!

Nice area to stay in the place could have had a few more update stuff cushions for outside and the couch other wise was good .Great location

Christians place was fantastic! The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely during the hot days in Jaco. It’s a short walk to the beach and many local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again :)

The place for the price is very nice . A little outdated . Very well stock with amenities that you would normally have buy . Mary was very prompt with message and other communications . We would stay there and again.

Everything about the condominium is very nice!!

The view from this place is beautiful and peaceful. It is located on the third floor and the balcony is wehere we spent most of the time when not on the beach so that we could take in the views. Jessica and Cristopher were very communicative, friendly and easy to reach. The condo is very spacious, comfortable, and has good working AC. it also had beach toys, towels and chairs. The only downside, if any, is that the furnishings (couches, beds and linens) were a little on the older side. Over all, it was a great stay.
