Absolutely loved this place! The house is very clean and well kept. The host has thought of everything when it comes to amenities. Sam is an AWESOME host, he's a great communicater ,very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely stay again!!!

Thank you for letting us stay! The house was clean and easy to find with directions. Plenty of room for myself, husband, parents & 2 dogs to comfortably stay. And the Ferndale area is very nice with lots of things to do!

The Rock House is a unique place to stay. The home is decorated with interesting art work and beautiful furnishings. It’s located on a lovely quiet street within walking distance to downtown Ferndale. It snowed while we were there so we optimized time in front of the fire. The house truly felt like home and we were extremely comfortable there. Tamela is an amazing host, she was very responsive to questions and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one. We have already booked another visit for next fall!

This is a full house that is also dog friendly. Do note that there is no fenced in yard should you require one for your dog. Rooms are very spacious and comfy. We had six adults and one toddler plus two dogs and felt very much at home. The one recommendation to the owner is that if you require the dog to be crated when left alone and not allow dogs on the furniture, this instruction should be in the opening description. We did not learn of this requirement until driving to the Airbnb just before check in within the check in instructions. There are many dogs that don't do well in crates and we didn't think to travel with one. We worked it out as the dogs weren't left alone but the last minute instructions were a bit frustrating. We can also keep our dogs off the furniture but many owners cannot. Other than that the communication by Keke was outstanding. She was also super helpful when our kids discovered left items twice! All in all, a great place and would return.

Franck’s place was perfect for a quick weekend with friends! It was very comfortable, well stocked with things we may have needed and exactly what was expected. Would definitely stay here again.

This is my second time staying at this property. It is a very peaceful neighborhood and charming home. Great location in Dearborn, just a short drive to all my favorite Dearborn restaurants and stores.

Firstly, I got into Detroit earlier than expected and Caitlin was responsive and open to an early check in. Her place was a very cozy and perfect place for our weekend getaway. The house is right next to a big park, unfortunately for us it was cold and rainy for the whole weekend or our dog would have loved it. The kitchen was set up for anything you could want and included a Keurig with pods and sugars and creamers. It has a small couch and a king bed and a smart TV on the wall that pivots. Downtown Detroit is a 20 minute and downtown Ferndale is right around the corner with great stores and restaurants. There is also an easy checkout. Next time I'm in Detroit I will definitely will be looking to see if Caitlin's place is open.

Great house and host. My family and I really enjoyed the house. Everything was just like it was pictured. All information was clearly stated. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a great house for a group of friends. The pool and garage, specifically the sauna, were fantastic amenities. We enjoyed our stay. We felt safe inside and around the house.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Amherstburg. Convenient location, responsive host and lots of fun in the pool. We hope to be back soon!

Great location to downtown Kingsville and the wine trail. The house has everything you need and is very quiet.Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Hey thanks very much Kyle, sorry for the late review, it was a great stay, nice locality with a great river trail nearby, has quite a few stores and a shopping plaza nearby with walmart, Panera bread and other eateries. A convenient stay with neatly maintained apartment. I would highly recommend the place and Kyle is an amazing host. He helped me with a few requests and was always responsive. Thanks very much for hosting us. Looking forward to visit soon. :)

Our family of three had a great stay at Jessica's place. Everything was as described. We loved that there were toys, a high chair, and other kid friendly items at the house. The gate for the stairs was helpful. The bed downstairs was comfortable. And the location was close to coffee shops and breweries. Only thing I would mention is that the wood floors are surprisingly loud, so no quiet walks to the potty at night. But not really something that the hosts can control. Cheers!

everything was just lovely there was a jacuzzi and a pool and we did both almost kind of make you want to change your life going back home to reality I had a great great time and I will want to come straight there again nowhere else but there

Maylinn’s place was a perfect home away from home on a family trip to the Detroit area for Thanksgiving. The home is cute, with lots of nice updates, and was the perfect size for our family of three people and one dog. Everything was exceptionally clean — above expectations. Our 11 year old daughter enjoyed her room and thought the trundle was cool. Our dog loved having a yard to play in. We were glad we brought his tie out, as only three sides of the yard were fully enclosed. But it worked out just fine. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook dinner and make breakfast. There was a washer/dryer. One thing to note is that there was no dining table. There is one eating bar with two bar stools and another table with two bar stools. We would definitely stay here again. Great place for the price and really wonderful to have our dog with us. (He does give a “snort” for not being allowed on the furniture. But we explained it was better than being left at home. He agreed.)

We had an employee who stayed at this property for several weeks while on a work trip. Aakanksha was a communicative host and was able to give us a reservation even though we requested last minute. Everything went well with the house.

This was an amazing place! Communication, amenities, beautiful layout w/ stunning kitchen, very clean and completely dog approved! We truly enjoyed our time here and felt immediately comfortable walking in the door. Rose truly makes the stay a wonderful experience and is always available if needed. Out of all the places I’ve rented on Airbnb, this is by far the best! The place was exactly as advertised, the pictures matched the interior perfectly. My family and I felt right at home and looked forward to returning at the end of every day. My children raved about the home the entire time and asked if we could always come back when we visit. It was perfectly cleaned, had all the amenities, and met every single need we had. I think the highlight was the basement for us. Skip spending your money going out and take full advantage of that space! My family and I spent most of our free time down there lounging and engaging in some competitive games of darts and pool. The host went above and beyond and had great communication from beginning to end. If you are trying to decide between this house and another, go ahead and book this listing.

This place was everything the pictures showed and more. Perfect for us needing a break from the hotel setup. The hot tub was so comfortable and the sauna felt amazing. This place was definitely worth every penny and we would love to stay here again the next time we visit Michigan.
