We visited Madrid as a family, and after a very long flight, it was such a relief to arrive at a place where every room had its own bathroom. Being able to take a refreshing shower and settle in right away made all the difference. The location was fantastic—within walking distance to all of our site visits and plenty of great restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid!

Fantastic spot in a fantastic location. As described with great amenities and very clean. Housed our group of 4 adults and 2 children with ease. There is some nearby construction ongoing with materials being staged out front, but did not significantly impact our stay. Highly recommend this place. Extremely walkable to all parts of the city, great nearby restaurants/bars, metro station across the street, great little balcony overlooking Plaza de Tirso de Molina. Host very responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb had everything we needed, was VERY spacious, and very clean. Checkin was super simple and Carlos provided great directions and recommendations. We definitely recommend this place for your family / friends! It is also very centrally located and we were able to walk to almost everything!

We are extremely grateful for their place - we were a large group of 8 adults and 3 toddlers and there was enough space for us all! Place was clean. It was walkable to the main sites. We also appreciated the very soft sheets and comfy large towels! They were attentive to our needs and responsive. Highly recommend for big families

The location truly couldn’t be better — right in the center, close to everything: restaurants, shops, museums, and public transportation. Despite being so central, the apartment was quiet and felt like a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. It features four separate suites, each with its own private bathroom, which made it perfect for our group. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need, whether you’re cooking a full meal or just preparing coffee in the morning. The only minor issue we encountered was with the bed in the last room — the base made quite a bit of noise and could use some repair. But this was a small detail in an otherwise perfect stay. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Mia! The host communicated often and arranged transportation to and from the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Casa Mia was in a great location and we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. For a large group (we had 11 people) it was perfect.

Fantastic place for a family of 6 with a 3 month old baby. We knew about the steps and to be honest they were fine with our travel buggy. The amenities were great and location ideal!

We had a great weekend, three couples of friends with small children. The house was clean and had everything you need, exactly as described. One room downstairs and three bedrooms above, two bathtubs that come great with children. Although we were unable to use the pool because it was not seasonal, it was fenced and is an extra quiet with the children. Yes they used the trampoline a lot and the spacious patio, Beatriz even left a small swing and slide although it was already a bit old. The only thing is that around the house there is not much to do and there is some big park in the village, but there are many restaurants and some routes within a few minutes by car. We really liked it.

Second time we go to the house and we will repeat. Very quiet and safe area.

We were 4 couples with children and the stay was great. The houses are very well equipped (two living rooms and two kitchens are appreciated), the host is friendly and attentive, and the location is very good to explore the area or approach Gredos.

The hosts were so nice and always attentive to our needs. The stay is perfect for getting together with friends and celebrating. A great experience!

Despite the rain over the weekend, we had a very good two days at Andrés' house, which has a covered outdoor area. We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay in Manzanares el Real, a house with views and an incredible area to relax and enjoy. The service with Raquel, fantastic, always attentive and friendly, she explained everything about the house in detail. We were a big group and still had room for everyone.

A magnificent weekend. The house is very cozy and the hostess is lovely.

I took this house to celebrate my birthday and it was quite a hit. The house is perfect for large groups as it has many rooms and beds. And in summer you especially enjoy the pool. They also have foosball, snooker, darts and ping pong. Maybe for putting a but; A/C was missing downstairs. As we were in a week of heatwave the truth is that even at night it was still hot in the interiors on the ground floor. Otherwise the house is perfect and I recommend it!

The experience has been spectacular. Even before booking the accommodation, all communication with Ruth was smooth, clear and friendly. The house is as shown in the photos. We arrived and the fireplaces were lit and the house was at a perfect temperature to start enjoying it. Everything was clean, tidy and full of details that made the stay comfortable and super pleasant. The house is wonderful, well-equipped and you feel comfortable and at ease. Segundo is a kind and very attentive person, who makes it easy for you to have a nice stay. Important, the road to get there is somewhat complicated, and the house is down a road by car. Of course, what views! I wish I had come prepared to do some routes. Things to point out for possible improvement: - The fireplace seems to be in the living room, but it is downstairs in another area of the house that is not as comfortable as the main living room, so you will probably not use it. - As for the bedrooms, there are two double bedrooms and one with 3 small beds, 2 +1 that can be pulled out, for 6/7 people. Then there is a room downstairs, in the same area where the fireplace is, but it is separate from the others. In summer that room must be great but now in winter with the cold, Segunda put some mattresses in a small room near the kitchen since there were 8 of us, but that room is a makeshift solution, it is not very comfortable.

The place exceeded my expectations in every way. It was impeccably clean, well decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Juan Antonio and Josete were incredibly attentive, quickly answering any questions and providing useful recommendations for the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and carefree experience. I hope to be back soon!

An excellent place in an incredibly quiet area. In addition, Miguel Ángel is charming and very attentive, he gave us many recommendations and tips. You can tell that the owner uses the house, it is meticulously maintained. The photos don't do it justice. We had a great time.
