Beautiful location with amazing grounds including a pool, gym and lots of places for kids to play.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and had stunning views. The sunsets were nothing short of magical—definitely a highlight of our stay. Carolina was the best host we could have asked for—she was incredibly accommodating and attentive and made us feel right at home. Her warm hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable. Amazing Stay for a Family Vacation! We stayed at Casa Peces house for seven days, and it was perfect for our family. Communication with Martha was super easy, and we were thrilled to find such a great house in an excellent and safe location, close to everything we needed. The four bedrooms were fully equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook and entertain. The BBQ area was a highlight—we used it and had an amazing time! The two living rooms were also very convenient, giving everyone space to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was fantastic, and we made great family memories enjoying it together. The house had everything we needed to feel at home—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We are so grateful to Martha and Jessica for welcoming us, and we can’t wait to come back in the future. Don’t hesitate to rent this house—it truly has everything you need for an amazing stay!

We loved staying here and will do it many more times if God willing! The attention is amazing, the house is beautiful and the location is excellent.

The only negative I can say about this place is that we only had one night there and got in too late to really enjoy everything. The house is beautiful and the property is amazing. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. Jorge was a great host and Santos, the grounds keeper, was very helpful getting us checked in and settled.

"Wonderful Stay!" My family and l had a fantastic time staying at Ursula's place. The house was Clean/Spacious/Cozy and had everything we needed for the week. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect and had a great atmosphere relaxing. We especially enjoyed the peacock roaming around the grounds. We were unable to use the pool as we wanted since the pool is heated by a solar power generator and we did not have that much sun to enjoy the pool as we wanted. We highly recommend staying at Ursula's place and we would definitely stay there again."

This is a great place to stay near Santa Ana! The house was very clean and quiet. Our communication with Emilio was excellent. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight, but it was no problem. The next morning we walked to the Blackbird Cafe for breakfast, which I highly recommend. We didn't use the pool, but we enjoyed sitting out on the patio next to it. Every room has it's own bathroom and air conditioner, which is wonderful. We would definitly stay here again.

Dominique and Erik were exceptional host! They were in communication with me from the moment I booked the stay, the day of arrival and check out. The house is in a secure gated community with 24-hour security. The house was in immaculate condition. The pictures are great, but it is even nicer in person. I am very picky about where I sleep, and I felt right at home. The attention to detail was spot on. The furniture, dining room, bedrooms, outdoor patio area were well put together. Even down to the appliances, washer, dryer and silverware. This unit is also right next to the two conference rooms, pool and gym. Every morning, I went on walk in town and the people were so friendly and welcoming. There are a ton on grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries and even a few pharmacies within minutes of this unit. I was so impressed, Domonique and Erik put in touch with their realtor, and I am looking into purchasing my own unit! Well done gents. See you in Costa soon. Pura Vida!

Great location and even better place.

The apartment was super comfortable, especially the beds, pillows and armchairs. This is very nice and cozy decorated. The bathrooms are spotless, It has a laundry room and the kitchen is very complete. The building is very well cared for as well. Neighborhood is simple but calm.

Great place! There is no AC but the weather was nice and cool so I didn’t need to have an AC.

Leonardo's place is located in a quiet secure gated location. There is a nice duck pond nearby in the general area around 5 minutes walk up on the road. Great nature scenery around the condominium, like mountain views. Overall a good stay.

I thought it was a great location, easy access to Heredia, San José or Alajuela. Very tidy and clean with everything you need to be comfortable.

Rolled in around 1 or 2 am from my flight. Guard was very kind and helpful. Safe location. Love that the playground and picnic benches are super close, my sons woke up and went right out to play, which they needed after a long day of travel. The building and the place itself are very clean, with is super important. I am sensitive to air fresheners and so if you have a high sensitivity you can maybe ask to have them unplugged before your arrival, other than that A+ and great price. Close to Walmart too
