We loved how many pool options there were and found the grounds to be really beautiful

Our family truly enjoyed our visit. It was our first time visiting Puerto Rico and we would definitely come back. The condo fit our needs wonderfully. It was very spacious and gave everyone plenty of area to spread out. The two balconies were great to enjoy our morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, as well as card games. Prof Giuseppe arranged for a playpen, highchair, and play area for our grandson which was a great help. The chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and beach towels were great for a day at the beach. Would highly recommend this location and host!

we loved the apartment so much that my youngest son wanted to move there, the house was really nice, the view, and the amenities were excellent. had every utensils that i needed to make home made meals. the only recommendation is that if you’re staying more then one night and you’re going to be going out often, call 3 mnts before getting there as security guards might be doing safety checks, so you don’t have to be waiting at the gate.

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it was an amazing experience! The location is perfect—just a very short walk to the beach, and having an Enterprise right across the street made renting a car super easy. The host went above and beyond to make our trip smooth, even allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The place was super clean, and it had everything we needed, from a cooler and extra blankets to beach towels, goggles, and even a JBL speaker—such thoughtful touches! The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans, making it easy to cook meals when we wanted. The pool was great, and we felt completely safe with front desk security. Our room was at the end of the hallway, making it extra quiet, and we never had to worry about making too much noise. Another great feature was the bathroom storage—there was plenty of space for all our belongings, which made unpacking and staying organized super easy. Overall, a fantastic stay!

This place is so beautiful, had such a great vacation here. Jenniffer is super helpful and explained everything perfectly. My brother accidentally left his wallet there and she immediately notified me and now is shipping it back to his house. The location is absolutely perfect, the beach is 5 minutes away and literally stores, restaurants, and bars right across the street. Will definitely be booking again in the near future.

We loved our stay at Rose’s beach villa. It had everything we needed for an easy, relaxing beach vacation. We loved having both the beach and pool as an option. Rose had an umbrella and beach chairs (no sand toys for kids) and the pool had a kiddie pool that was only 1-2 feet deep. Perfect for our 3 year old. The villa grounds were very secure and we felt totally safe. It was a very short walk to the beach as advertised! The villa was clean and looked like the photos. One room is larger with plenty floor space and the other room had a decent amount of floor space too. We loved our stay!!! Thank you Rose!

This was a fantastic location - I came with my husband and both sets of parents. The three bedrooms were a godsend, the air conditioning worked great, and the full kitchen allowed us to eat out less (if we wanted) - and to be able to take full advantage of left overs when we did. Just a few short walks to the beach, we always felt safe, and Rob and Lali are very communicative.
