Perfect little place

The perfect experience! We loved our weekend here! It was my first trip to Pensacola abd definitely will not be my last! Everything is just as described and we felt so at home! So quiet and private! I cant say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! ❤️

Excellent place for those seeking calm and private setting without overpaying for it. Fifteen minute drive to the beach is not a trouble at all, especially if planning to visit some stores, services or restaurants on that route. Private pool right at the door of the individual entrance - no need to fight for your space in the water or at the poolside. Neat room, with just about all you may need during your stay, everything works as it should, immediate response from the owners if something else it requested. I would certainly recommend to anyone, already shared with my friends and big family, and definitely will consider for my next trip to the beach.

Larry was a great host! He was very responsive, and getting in was super easy, even though we didn’t arrive until 11:15pm. He left TV and a light on for us. I will say, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but the linens were nice. It was small for me and my partner, but again, for the price, worth it. The house was clean, easy to find, and super cost efficient! The bathroom was small and outdated, but again for the price, I wasn’t expecting a luxury bath spa and it definitely got the job done! I would totally stay here again for a short trip like we did. You just couldn’t ask for a better host.

Unlike most Airbnbs, there is a King bed, and the bedroom is separate from the living area. One person can watch TV without disturbing the other. There is also a half bath attached to the living space.

Although Julie's place wasn't the largest space, it was perfect for a single traveler and had everything I needed. The place was quiet and only a short walk to the beach. Julie made everything easy with simple instructions so there were literally no issues. Will definitely want to stay again.

The perfect place for a truly relaxing week, which is just what we needed. Beautiful scenery, fabulous pool, and such a serene setting for morning coffee or an evening drink. The morning sunrises on the back deck were my favorite!

This was by far my favorite Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in quite a few. The house was perfect! Everything was organized and clean and we felt right at home. The area was quiet and very close to downtown. What stood out to me the most about this home was the details! We had everything we needed from shampoo to cooking oil to pots and pans to laundry detergent and everything in between, we were even greeted by snacks! If you’re trying to decide which house to book, I promise this is it. We will definitely book here again next time we’re in Florida. Thank you for being an excellent host Christopher! (:

We really enjoyed staying here. The hosts were friendly and responded to our questions quickly. This is a good location -a quiet street with an easy drive to restaurants, and some cafes a short walk away. We highly recommend Jules place!

Absolutely loved the place. Very easy to drive around and tenants around were very friendly and inviting. Everything was very convenient. Host was very nice and very helpful with anything we needed. We had a great time and would book again.

Our stay was excellent. Amy was able to accommodate us on check in. Both are very friendly. Loved staying at their B&B.

The guest house was exactly like it was in the pictures. I will say outside noise carries into the home easily but it wasn’t too bad. The home was spotless and there were recommendations of places to visit and eat left on the refrigerator.

Whitney was an amazing host! Very quick to response to any question I had! The place is within walking distance to the Supposedly Wedding Venue which was really helpful with our stay. The house was super clean and modern touch decor! Super lovely! Would definitely stay here again!!

I had a very comfortable stay here. The place is spotless and everything feels very new. The unit feels bigger in person than it looked in the photos on the website. This was a perfect location for my reason for being in Pensacola. And the neighborhood is very, very nice. The hosts were friendly and sent helpful messages, but gave me plenty of privacy. I will definitely be staying there again!
