Great stay in Can Blau. Communication with the host is very fast and she always demonstrates proactivity in helping. The photos correspond to the space, with everything that is necessary for a good stay: powerful air conditioning, television, microwave, induction stove, coffee machine, orange juice machine, bread machine, beach towels, beach bag, beach umbrellas and other utensils. The surroundings have bus stops that are easy to access to the airport and other destinations. The building is located within walking distance of the Cathedral and Porto. Finally, it was worth the price paid if you are opting for a quality stay and a well-located location.

We had a great stay , the apartment is in a great location , it is very comfortable, super clean, the garage is a real plus. There are all the beach essentials on hand. The hosts are very responsive and flexible ( our plane was delayed and they waited for us despite the late hour) in short we recommend this place without hesitation and we will gladly come back

We stayed in Tomeu's house but actually we spoke to the co-host Maria really kind and responded to all our requests. The apartment is large and clean, there was nothing missing as in the description, perfect for families or friends. We arrived in the off-season so there are not many open activities we had cars and it was not a problem. It also moves very well by bus. Maria suggested times to go to Palma by bus. Truly to be recommended thanks to Maria's warm welcome

Great place, close to Alcudia. We were 2 couples and the place was comfortable for us. The living room has a big TV and comfy sofa with throws and cushions, the kitchen had all utensils you'd need to quickly put together a meal. there are supermarkets near the house to get groceries and alcohol. Just note that it is a duplex, the Living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom is on the ground floor, and the 2 bedrooms and the other bathroom is on the top floor. For parking, you'll need to find an empty spot on the streets nearby, but we never faced a problem with that. Joan is very responsive and helped us with any queries. Would highly recommend this place when you visit Mallorca.

Great place near to the beach and many good restaurants. Bikes are a great way to get around and the bike storage area is very convenient. We stayed during a very hot time so the AC had a hard time cooling the sleeping areas but we were quickly brought a couple fans which made things very comfortable. I work remote and the wifi was great.

Lovely place for a few relaxing days in Mallorca - The place captivates with the views and location. In Cala Millor you can also find everything you need in the winter time. Just around the Exke there is a shop with the most important groceries and a few minutes' walk there are larger shops. Even in the winter time, some restaurants were open. The property can accommodate two adults with one to two children. The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you need with a large fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The bathroom is large enough with a pleasant shower. The bedroom offers a large comfortable bed and a wardrobe. The living room with table and sofa and beautiful views fits perfectly. We would come back. Thank you Toni!

Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated,very clean and spacious. A little far from the city center:20 min walk. No air conditioning in case of hot weather.

We had a very pleasant stay in Mallorca, the location is great and the weather was very pleasant for a month of January.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport (about 1.5 hours from Palma airport). From the Port de Soller bus stop, it is then 10-15 minutes to the apartment. Without a car, you should be fit to walk up the small mountain. The ascent is worth it, because the view from the apartment is gigantic and you are at a safe distance from the hustle and bustle of the harbor. The terrace is definitely the highlight. The center of Port de Soller is about a 15-minute walk. Overall clear recommendation as well as nice, accommodating hostess!

I enjoyed my stay at Michchelle´s place quite a lot! I felt very wellcome and very quickly I felt home. Bed, Bathroom, Kitchen, Furnishings and all the equipment were fine. The Bed was convenient and absolutely not to soft, which is important for me. Michelle and Gonzalo are nice people, open, although I got my privacy. That lovely area and the surrounding is extremly calm and very friendly. There are many places for hiking. I had amazing excursions for example at Sant Elm, at the Puig d´en Bou or at the Faro de Cala Figuera, by car just 20 minutes far away from Michelle´s place, as close as Palma City. And after excursions and the sunset at the beach of Costa de la Calma, I always liked to come "home", spending the evening in this comfortable, warm (december!) appartment. Every evening the cats were visting me. So I didn´t miss anything! I´m thinking about to come again at another time. A nice thought :-).

This was such a nice, clean, pretty place to stay. The location was great - about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral, about 15-20 minutes to the closest sandy beach (Playa Can Pere Antoni), with lots of restaurants and shops right there. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! It was easy to find, the host provided clear instructions on getting checked in, and was very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport when it was time for us to leave. We had a fantastic stay!

There were four of us in Jaume's sweet apartment in October. We didn't miss anything, we felt very much at home. Especially the outdoor area let us enjoy the autumn sun of Mallorca. Antonia was always quickly available for our questions and always helped us super friendly, also proactively, for example regarding the weather (storm warning). You can park on the property so there is no annoying search for parking. We had a very nice holiday. Thank you!

Lovely place, just a few steps from the beach, another beach just round the corner and shops, cafes, restaurants all within a few minutes. In case people aren’t aware (I was) this resort totally closes on (around) October 31st and becomes a ghost town until Easter - all shops, restaurants, hotels shut (except for maybe one or two restaurants that open on weekends) - out of season a car is essential here.

We found the place quiet and very welcoming by its owner, Astrid, to take care of his guests. A charming, interesting person and always in a good mood. We highly recommend this place. We had a great stay at Inken's. The apartment is in a great location, with plenty of parking, walking distance to downtown and numerous restaurants all around. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and there was a lot of space for both of us.

My boys loved using the hot tub which was great for a winter visit to Port de Pollença. The outdoor space was great as I was able to cook outside while they played. It also feels very private. The interior space is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a trip as well as good quality cooking supplies. Also, a big thanks for the local beer!

Seemingly as described. The location is ideal, you can do anything on foot. The residence is impeccable and very well maintained. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a great holiday in a very cute village.

Matthias and Martin were always available for us. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. Parking on site was great. The kitchen was equipped with spices and water as standard. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. In the meantime, a third friend visited us for a few days, also clarifying and organizing this was not an issue. The pool and outdoor facilities were amazing. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all corners of the island.
