Enjoy your own private glamping in the grounds of our listed water mill. Seconds from the A470. Wood fired hot tub and fire pit. Located near Conwy Castle & a few minutes drive from the beach. Betws-y-Coed is a 20 minute drive away or take a 15 minute walk to the local, dog friendly pub. Mountains on our doorstep with plenty of foot path walks. We are a family run, small holding with pigs, chickens, ducks, dogs & cats. Collect your own eggs for breakfast or ask us for some!

Crafnant Valley Retreat

Unique space. American RV Caravan in own field. Barn to store bikes, waterproofs and boots. Chance to have a bonfire (extra charge for wood). Sleeps family comfortably but can be very cosy. Plenty of outdoor space around the caravan & local walks. There is NO WIFI access at the caravan and depending on your phone company POSSIBLY NO signal. However you will be able to access WIFI around our house. The vans hot water is via a tank, see other details to note.

Cabin in Llay, Wrexham

Set on the edge of a private woodland, this cozy and comfortable log cabin is a perfect place for a relaxing get away. It is located on the boarder between Wales and England and is close to many places including Llangollen, Chester, Snowdonia and Liverpool. Parking is available in our large driveway and The Cabin is just a 2 minute walk from there. The hut is private and has it's own enclosed garden area with a fire pit.
