The master bedroom is air-conditioned and has a double cot. The second bedroom has a single cot. We have a SofaCumBed in the hall. ElectricStove and Kettle in the kitchen. Only the Master bedroom is air-conditioned Located 450 meters from the Ashram. The Puttaparthi Hanuman Temple, Swami's Birthplace, Sathyabhama Temple, Venugopala Swami Temple and the Old Mandir (Currently Peddavenkamaraju Kalyana Mantapam) are all within 100 meters. Chitravathi River is around 400 Meters from the Apartment.

The central bus stand & auto stand are just a 1-min walk from the stay. Also there are restaurants, shops, medical stores nearby.

Lovely Spacious Studio Flat With Balcony..

This is a spacious studio with a balcony, fully equipped kitchen and attached bath. A very comfortable bed, furniture, A/C, full wardrobes and even a refrigerator and washing machine. The building is well-known in Puttaparthi for its manicured gardens and good maintenance - called "Sai Sathya Nivas," there is also generator back-up for the lift. The weekend farmer's market is around the corner, and you can walk to the Ganesh gate in 7 minutes. Why would you stay anywhere else?

We stayed over for a weekend and it was totally with it. Just a short drive from the busy city life of Bangalore, this place offers you with the exact peace you need and want! The place is exactly as described and looks like the pictures. The area around is complete farm land and you can still around the farm take in all the tranquility. They also have fresh homemade food available on order and payable which is just amazing and tasty. Mr. Tarun was a wonderful person who helped us at the place. I would highly recommend this place without needing any second thoughts. Getting to the stay will be a little challenge as the last 500 metres is kind of off-roading but not too difficult. Definitely worth the price!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Praveen's Airbnb in Puttaparthi, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Praveen went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. We arrived late at night after a long train journey and cab ride, and Praveen came to pick us up personally. He was incredibly accommodating, helping us with our luggage and making us feel at ease right away with his polite and warm demeanor. After such a tiring journey, it was a relief to be greeted with such kindness.The apartment itself was in pristine condition immaculately clean and thoughtfully arranged. It felt like a true home away from home, allowing us to relax and unwind after our travels. Praveen had clearly put a lot of thought into making his guests comfortable, with every amenity we could possibly need. If you’re visiting Puttaparthi, I can wholeheartedly say that Praveen’s place is the best Airbnb you can choose.

A lot of common topics to talk in the morning and evening with him, who wrote a fantastic book too. Our family had great fun time with him.
