Maison Bedouin Merzouga

The days were great! We were received in a very friendly manner by the family. The tea and snacks made the arrival very pleasant. The room is incredibly beautiful and large. The shower and toilet are very clean and spacious. The family's children are very decent and friendly. The mom was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was awesome, typically Moroccan. I highly recommend it!

Dar Oussidi

MBarek’s family made us dinner and breakfast, for two but the food were enough for 10. His family made us feel like at home and also recommended us good 4x4 trip in sahara. Definitely worth.

Palma Eagle (berbere guest)

VibeRating, 5 stars78 months ago
We spent one night in Majid’s house. Communication was fast, and Majid waited for us by the main road to help us find his house. He showed us around in the palm grove, while his wife cooked dinner. Very nice to be welcomed into a local home and learn about Moroccan life. The room was nice and clean, but we will remember this stay because of the people.

Casa Redouane_bedroom 1 ensuite

What a pity to have to leave! Redouane is much more than an exceptional host: he is a true caring friend in whom you can have absolute confidence. His warm hospitality make every moment unique. The earthen house is a real gem: spacious, perfectly equipped, impeccably clean and full of charm. There's nothing like starting the day with a rooftop sunbathing, a moment of pure relaxation. Always attentive to your wishes, Redouane is a discreet and respectful host, but also an outstanding cook! His dishes, delicious and varied, are a real invitation to discover local flavors. And what about the evening with the Berbers? An authentic and unforgettable experience, which alone is worth the trip. If you're looking for a stay full of encounters and emotions, look no further: this accommodation is a real favorite that I highly recommend!

Large colorful rooms in Merzouga

EtienneRating, 5 stars67 months ago
In fact, it is Omar and his whole family who welcome you to his large house at the foot of a large dune. Omar takes care of everything you need: meals, guide to visit the region (desert, Lake Dayet, Rissani...). Mustapha was a great guide. Omar allowed us to discover the Berbers and the desert. We highly recommend it.

KASBAH DU BERGER, Sahara Castel: big Swimmin Pool.

TamsinRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Wonderful stay- we were allowed to check in early which meant we spent the whole day enjoying the amazing pool with views of the sand dunes. I hope this area remains the same and doesn’t get taken over by big hotel chains- it is so authentic and traditional. Excellent host, lovely hotel.
A circular arrangement of dark tents is surrounded by lush greenery, with palm trees and shrubs present. The vibrant colors of the campsite contrast with the golden sand dunes in the background, creating a serene oasis atmosphere.

OdileRating, 5 stars73 months ago
Clean accommodation well located and very characteristic of the rural tradition of the south: friendly welcome by Brahim and his brother who perfectly organized a magical night at the bivouac in the desert on the back of a camel. Hope to repeat this great experience again!

Dar Gamra Lodge

DanielaRating, 5 stars17 months ago
We had a very nice stay! Ali is an excellent host, facilitating activities, resolving doubts, and giving a sense of closeness and hospitality while still giving you your space. We did the quads and sandboard tour of the dunes with Hassan, who was very concerned about our safety and took us to beautiful places. Dar Gamra is an adobe construction, with a large common room and large rooms, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is the most complete we had in all our trip to Morocco!

La Vallée des Dunes – Double or twin room

JadenRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our stay here, highly recommend it. Ali aswell as his son Assou were very nice people. They organised for us an awesome camel ride and a night out in the desert. Hassilabied is a great town with some good restaurants, preferred to stay here than in Merzouga. Breakfast was very good and generous. Stay here for a good time! Cheers.
