It's a spacious house located on a beautiful piece of land. Hardy and his brother were amazing hosts! The little thought of having a sanitizer in the welcome kit, keeping in the mind the coroncavirus scare at the time was very thoughtful!

Coming from California, we wanted to have a relaxed outing with an extended family of 18 of us and Jack’s place ‘Parudeesa’ absolutely met our expectations. It’s a beautiful place that can comfortably accommodate 20 people. Everything is so meticulously planned that it is no less than a five star experience. The manager stays on site (separate guest house) and available for any help. The kitchen was very handy for making fast food; there’s also an onsite kitchen to order food at reasonable prices. As ours was a big group we ordered food on Zomato. We also utilized their onsite massage services. Airport is around 20 mins drive, Angamaly is the nearest railway station at 11 km 30 mins, and Aluva station at 15 km 40 mins. We definitely enjoyed our 2 nights stay and wish we could stay for more!! Jack agreed for late check out at a short notice and a nominal price. We definitely recommend this place to anyone with family outings and staycations. Glad we found this gem!! Thanks Jack & team

Great flat, well appointed kitchen. Crockery, cutlery etc is good and wide ranging for all occasions. Comfortable bed, linens and bedroom. Living area tastefully furnished. Good Wi-Fi and nice views from the flat. Host is always helpful. The location is a bit far from the centre therefore requires public transport or private car to get about. This might be ok for anyone wanting to stay away from city hustle and bustle. Shops nearby sell everyday food and products but need to shop in the centre at bigger supermarkets for a wider range of goods.

Clean and Convenient Stay! I had a wonderful stay at Meera and Akash’s place. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable retreat. It was also very easy to locate, with clear directions provided by the host. The check-in process was seamless, and Meera was communicative and friendly throughout. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kochi!

Renju was a good host. He even managed to come and visit us during our stay. Due to an emergency I had to leave the property but my parents stayed back. Barring a few issues with constant electricity outages and cleaning staff coordination issues in between, the entire stay at the property was smooth. They had a really good time. Everything was neat and tidy plus the property had a good mix with stock of all the basic amenities that you would need in a home alongwith premium ones that you could dream about like a Dyson vacuum cleaner of all things. The color palette of the walls to the color palette of the bedrooms too were bright and inviting. The icing on the cake was the proximity to both the major Bus Stops, Metro station as well as the Airport which was the main reason behind choosing Aluva as the location and Renju's property did us justice 😀

A Home Away From Home Madilina House wasn't just a place to stay; it was a home away from home. The moment we pulled up to the property, we knew we were in for something special. The lush greenery, the serene lake, and the beautifully designed house instantly captivated us. Our family get-together couldn't have been more perfect. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kayaking was a blast - the calm waters and the peaceful surroundings were just what we needed to unwind. But what really made our stay unforgettable were the hosts, Abhilash and Karma. They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Karma, in particular, was always there to help, ensuring we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail was impeccable. We were so sad to leave Madilina House. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and hospitality. We'll definitely be coming back!
