We highly enjoying our stay at Samantha’s cottage. It was a beautiful weekend getaway and the fall foliage made it even better!! The kitchen was extremely clean, and had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. We weren’t there long enough to use the washer and dryer but I was grateful to have it if needed. The house has lots of natural sunlight, and the covered porch was great when it rained or when we didn’t want to make the walk down to the lake.

We had a fantastic stay at your home. Plenty of space for everyone and the back deck and yard were really great! Lots of comfortable and thoughtful seating areas and fun things for the kids to do. Great little touches made the stay extra comfortable like the herb garden and the awesome cooking fire pit. We loved the old charm of the interior and the kids got good use out of the piano. Ha!! It truly was a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The water was great and the kayaking were a fun activity. Thank you Tom and Annie!!

We had a truly unforgettable family Easter weekend at this beautiful Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook our holiday meals together. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. The kids loved the backyard and outdoor area, while the adults appreciated the peaceful views and relaxing atmosphere, next to the fire pit and the lake. We also loved how pet friendly the home was, our furry family member had a blast too! Location wise, it was ideal close enough to stores and activities, but tucked away enough to enjoy quiet time together. While the access road is not for the faint of heart and more closets/clothing storage is needed, the cabin was very clean, well-stocked and organized. There were plenty of movies to choose from and a big firepit to enjoy. The property manager, Mike, was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, the cabin is a lovely place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the incredible view.

This little apartment was the perfect place for my mom and I to relax and have a lovely time in Sylvan Beach! Roomier than I expected from the pictures which was a great surprise (for some reason I imagined you had to walk through the one bedroom to get to the other- that’s not true at all! There is a separate hallway that connects the two and the one to the living room space). The location on the beach is just perfect, and a wonderful yard with multiple spaces/ uses. Chris was so responsive and helpful with anything we needed. A great host at a great place- we will definitely be looking to book again in the future!!! Only tiny downside is no full kitchen- but Chris provides a grill, toaster, microwave, and griddle. Besides, it’s vacation and there are great restaurants in town- who wants to cook on vacation anyways???

Easily accomodated our large group with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the large living room/dining room space for us to gather. Plenty of kitchen equipment for us to prepare meals and loved the extra sink and bar area for food prep. The fake fireplace was great with the temperatures outside below freezing. Lovely back wooded area with the brook to see from the back porch. Hosts were quick to respond and their home was beautiful.

We had such a great girls weekend at Tanya’s place in Sylvan Beach! The house was just as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. The location was ideal, with plenty of great dining options nearby and everything was just a quick drive or walk down the beach away. Check-in was super easy and stress-free. Tanya was a great host, and we’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

We had the best stay at Cape Curveball while our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village! Sabrina was very responsive before, during, and after our trip, and the home was just perfect for our family! My kids loved the trampoline and I loved the easy access to a washer and dryer, and the proximity to CASV. Truly the best home away from home!

This house was better than the pictures. It is absolutely amazing- gorgeous and clean. The hosts thought of every possible detail to make our stay special. They are not super hosts - they are Super Duper hosts !! They should teach a class on how to host an air b n b. The house was huge , beds perfectly comfortable, hot tub clean, gym was convenient, tvs everywhere and a working fireplace. There were 9 of us and we still had plenty of room. We all had a relaxing trip- we can’t wait to come back. Hosts responded quickly and were pleasant and helpful. If you have a large group , I don’t think you will find a better house!
