Maison Bedouin Merzouga

The days were great! We were received in a very friendly manner by the family. The tea and snacks made the arrival very pleasant. The room is incredibly beautiful and large. The shower and toilet are very clean and spacious. The family's children are very decent and friendly. The mom was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was awesome, typically Moroccan. I highly recommend it!
A private terrace showcases a simple outdoor table surrounded by white chairs, framed by patterned stone walls. A decorative clay pot is positioned nearby, adding a touch of local craftsmanship. Bougainvillea blossoms introduce color in the background, enhancing the outdoor ambiance.

Private double Room with breakfast

Mohammad is a wonderful host and his place is very cozy and comfortable with an excellent view of the dunes from the terrace. We arrived in the dark and he met us outside and directed us on where to park to make sure we had no trouble finding it. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the culture and even arranged a jeep tour for us the next morning, making everything very easy and pleasant. This is the place to stay!
A serene landscape features expansive sand dunes reflecting on a tranquil body of water. The dunes display subtle hills and a warm orange hue, while the still water mirrors their shape, creating a harmonious scene that captures the essence of the desert environment.

Large colorful rooms in Merzouga

In fact, it is Omar and his whole family who welcome you to his large house at the foot of a large dune. Omar takes care of everything you need: meals, guide to visit the region (desert, Lake Dayet, Rissani...). Mustapha was a great guide. Omar allowed us to discover the Berbers and the desert. We highly recommend it.
Dunes of the Sahara Desert are captured during sunset, displaying soft, undulating shapes and a vibrant sky transitioning from golden to pink. Footprints lead along the sandy path, inviting exploration in this serene landscape.

We really enjoyed the stay in Sahara, thanks to him. His hospitality was excellent. He introduced his family, and we had a nice time with them. The desert tour he organized was the big events!!!! His communication was so good, and I wanna visit again.

Overnight Bivouag Camel Trips

MattiaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Great desert experience with Moha! Absolutely beautiful. He was very responsive with all my questions (traveling with 2 kids we had a lot) and from the moment we arrived he and his brother welcomed us in a great way. We rode our camels to see sunset in the desert before heading to our camp for the night where we enjoyed tea, dinner, music and the most amazing stars view. The tent was clean and the beds super comfortable. In the morning we went back to the dunes to see sunrise and then we had breakfast at Moha’s House in the village. Great value for money and I particularly appreciated the fact that our group was very small (8ppl) while we saw huge groups in other camps. Overall it was a magic experience and absolute recommended!
A spacious tent interior features a comfortable bed, adorned with decorative pillows in teal and white. The walls are lined with colorful fabric in shades of yellow and green. Ambient lighting is provided by wall sconces, and a window allows for natural light to enter.

Moha is the best host so far, very friendly and eager to do his best while staying with him. Accommodation is perfect, clean. Trip to desert, dinner and tents were simply the best. Camelman (Moha, please send him greetings, I forgot his name) was excellent guide, he prepared really nice dinner and we had lovely conversation in the evening. we learned a lot about nomad people, Berbers and the life in the desert. This is a place and people I would come back again! thank you Moha and to your family!
