Waterfront vacation rentals in Erdre

Yassine's place is extremely well located and very accessible. I stayed for 2 nights with my husband and 7 year-old son who loved the mezzanine bed. It felt like staying at a friend's place, and like a home away from home. We especially appreciated the being able to close off the bedroom from the kitchen and living room, which made it quiet and pleasant for sleeping. Great place for a weekend escapade!

Very clean accommodation and met our expectations. The bed is extremely comfortable. The street is quiet. Laurence is a very responsive and friendly host. Communication went very well. Possible to park the car just outside the door. we will definitely come back.

This is a lovely studio. David's place is immaculate. It is not huge but the bathroom and kitchen are very well appointed with everything you need. The kitchen is a master class of how to fit everything in a small space. There is a great balcony and large windows making the room bright and airy. The view of the river is lovely. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It is only a few minutes walk from the Chateaux de duc Bretagne and the area around it. Public transport is close and easy to use. I highly recommend this studio.

We had a pleasant stay in Nantes with our two children. Andreas and Barbara's apartment is very quiet, well-equipped and warm. They are very responsive and helpful. Small anecdote, we loved their coffee machine so much that we bought the same when we got home:-). The cohabitation with their cat went very well, it is discreet, clean and friendly. Finally, if you are a pianist, you will appreciate being able to continue your daily scales on the beautiful Clavinova piano in the living room. Great stay, thank you, thank you.

Very well located apartment, close to transport and the Beaulieu shopping center. Spacious and with beautiful Loire views. Recommended, we had a great time.

We very much enjoyed our stay at André's place who was very forward-thinking and available. Great view from the apartment on the Erdre and the island of Versailles. Well equipped and pleasant accommodation, in a very good location. We recommend!

A simply wonderful holiday in a beautiful home that is even more wonderful than the photos. The large garden and outdoor kitchen are a delight. There are two staircases in the house - one up to 2 bedrooms (doubles) and the other up to 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one single), plus another child bedroom downstairs. It was perfect for two families to holiday together with lots of space and privacy. We loved the location, close to the river and 15 minutes walk to the village with restaurants, a great shop and a panoramic view over the Loire. We must also mention John Patach who runs local kayak tours. A group of us went for several hours on the river and had a great time. John also helped us check in to the house and had lots of recommendations for things to do. All in all, perfect. - Thank you for a wonderful holiday in a beautiful home.

Apartment as expected. i recommend it.

We spent 1 week at Fabiola's with our 2 big children and 2 dogs. The house is superb and very comfortable. The jacuzzi on the terrace is a real plus. Lots of board games , very good bedding. If you're coming with kids, there's plenty to keep them busy. Very good exchanges, I recommend it

The accommodation offered was quite suitable for a short stay in Nantes. The parking space was a big plus and the location allowed you to do anything on foot. Quentin was very clear and responsive, especially for check-in questions. Thanks again for staying.

Manon's place we excellent. We need a place for a few hours after a long flight from the US. She was so accommodating and made sure our check in was seamless. I hate we didn't get the opportunity to check out the restaurant. We Will most definitely be returning..Thanks for the hospitality l..
