Excellent communication with Tudor, before, during the booking, while waiting to come to IASI and on site, in preparation and for information. Very warm and smiling welcome. Very well arranged apartment, very quiet and very well located, ideal for visiting IASI and enjoying this beautiful city. Tudor is very attentive and as soon as he can send us the requested information, he responds quickly. It was a really nice apartment.

As pleasant as always, a quiet area and 5 minutes walk from Poiana Mărului, very close to the Botanical Garden and the Copou Garden, the clean house, with everything, very friendly hosts! Thanks for hosting! We highly recommend it!

Even if I only stayed for a couple of hours, the place was clean, I slept like a log, I’m a smoker so the balcony was perfect, there aren’t any bad things to say about it, communication was perfect, entrance was easy, all good, nothing to complain about.

Paul is a very nice host who answers all questions very quickly. The accommodation on the 8th floor is easily accessible via a lift and has fantastic views over Iasi. All rooms are very clean and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Tram, taxi and LIDL are only 6 minutes walk away. I will definitely book this accommodation again on my next visit to Iasi.

I had a great time staying at Almé’s apartment. The place was easy to find and the provided instructions were very clear. I liked using the smart lock which allowed me to not worry about a key. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you might need, I really felt like at home. It is located close to Palas which means easy access to many restaurants and shops. Almé was a thoughtful host, he answered all my questions and was very polite.

The location of the property suted us well. The host was very helpful and responded very quickly to any requests. The property has a fantastic view from the 10th floor balconie with the valley and the lake underneath. All was looking magnificent in the sunset. We didn't use the kitchen as we ate out, there is plenty of choice in Iasi. The local supermarket has plenty of choice. The sleeping arrangements, realistically, are only for 3 adults and a child. The big bed was comfortable and all the bedding was clean. The host, later, has offered us an additional accommodation to improve this, but we decided to decline his offer. The rooms felt spacious & fresh. Heating : it was a little chilly at night and we needed to boost the room's temperature with the fan heater. It would be beneficial to have a guide -book with information on heating, internet, hairdryer & kettle location ... The price was very reasonable and we would be happy to return & recommend to others.

Communication was excellent. Octavian was very prompt. The location is very close to the center. The apartment clean and what was needed in it.

A stylish living area features a large wall-mounted television and a round coffee table at its center. Comfortable seating is provided by a brown sofa and two blue armchairs. Natural light streams through the windows, highlighted by elegant light fixtures overhead.
