I would definitely recommend Renaud's place. Very well located, metro next door, many shops nearby, bakeries, supermarkets, the apartment is located in a beautiful building with the Parisian charm of the time, wooden hardwood floors, old fireplaces. Renaud is as responsive as it is quick, we had several very friendly and useful exchanges. The most for readers and moviegoers, a beautiful library awaits you. Thanks again to Renaud.

We felt ourself like at home. He was very kind and helpful, the place just was perfect for our family (5 persons), so we were very pleased and happy that we found Achraf. I can just recommend anyone who is planning to visit Paris :).

Everything is perfect. The location is second to none. Large and spacious. Several restaurants and a Carrefour, located very close to the house that you can walk to. The metro is a few blocks from the house and on the same line you can find many points of interest. The rooms are on the upper floors and accessed by stairs and if they are traveling with people with some different capacity, you should keep that in mind. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Spacious, clean and enough bathrooms for the people we were. The house has heating and for us it was excellent, as we are from Mexico and the cold is extreme at this time of the year. The bathrooms have everything you need to take a shower with hot water. The internet service worked for us all. Every amenity is working perfectly. In short, a very good experience, we all had an excellent time and really enjoyed our trip to Paris as a family. Thank you so much for everything Noemie !!!!

Judith and Cédric are the definition of super-hosts, highly responsive and you're unlikely to find a warmer welcome to Paris! Unfortunately my spoken french is no where near the level I wish it to be, however I was reassured to know that Judith and Cédric speak very good English and both had a great sense of humour to go with it. (Even when we managed to lock ourselves out!) The apartment itself was a joy to stay in, very clean with nice big windows throughout to let in good amounts of natural light and spacious. But most importantly it was very quiet and this couldn't have been a greater relief after 8-9hrs travelling by car from England, you wouldn't think you're in the central Paris! The local area is very walkable neighbourhood and you have a well stocked Carrefour at the end of the street for groceries. Also Canal St Martin is only a 5 minute walk away as well as a Metro station. All in all, a very delightful visit and would happily stay again!

we had a great time at Romains airbnb. Location was perfect. There are a ton of restaurants and shops all around. it was also very easy to walk or take the metro to a lot of big attractions. The place was very spacious for 2 people. Kitchen was well stocked. The neighbors cat kept visiting us from the window sill which was a plus! I would definitely recommend reserving Romains place for your visit in Paris.

Very quiet and easy house to stay in.Enzo-san is very kind to buy water, coffee, etc. on the day of arrival.Perfect for those who work remotely in the room or cook their own meals.I have used Airbnb in the 20th arrondissement, but this house is convenient because it is almost in the 16th district and a short taxi ride to Beauvais Airport and CDG. You are a lovely host.I can recommend it for you!

My friend and I had a great stay at Adele’s apartment! It was in the perfect location for us, as there was a lot to do within walking distance. The apartment itself made me feel very at home, with really lovely cozy views across the roofs of the town houses from the bedroom windows. At night it was very peaceful and quiet, which ensured a good night’s sleep. I would absolutely love to stay again next time I come to Paris.

What an amazing place and host! Was lucky enough to find and book this hidden gem in Paris last minute, and I'm so happy I did. The apartment is located in a peaceful family-friendly neighborhood, and the building is secure with multiple codes and doors to access, and Marie made the entire check-in process seamless. The apartment and building is a lovely old-school style Paris apartment with lots of wood and European finishes, but with modern appliances in the kitchen and bathroom. The building itself has gorgeous vines on the exterior, and combined it really gives a lot of personality and authenticity to it. This studio apartment had everything me and my wife wanted and needed on our trip to Paris, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again with Marie in the future! The accommodation is only 10 minutes away from two demetro lines. Multiple coffee for breakfast. I liked the neighborhood, my wife a little less, but it's all about perspective. The accommodation contains everything you need, but what good to cook when you are in Paris with all these restaurants! Thank you for a wonderful stay in the city of love.
