Nancy was an extremely nice host, responsive, and kind. The property is within a walking distance to Westfiled mall, shops, and restuarants. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and beautiful. We had everything we needed at Nancy's place. I have no complaints, but only compliments. We will be back to stay here with Nancy again.

Great location, beautifully set apartment building right next to the water, makes for beautiful day/ night walks. Lime scooters right outside make for a fun way to explore the area. Loads of restaurants nearby in commercial bay/viaduct area, plus short drive from city. Mel an absolute pleasure to deal with, gave early check in & quick to solve any issues.

Location: Perfect restaurants, shopping, catholic church, near cruise port. Host: Lain appreciates quick responses to our questions. Place highly recommend.

I stayed at Rachelle’s place for a month and had no issues at all. The building itself is modern, different and extremely quiet during the day and especially at night. It had all the amenities I needed and I left it as I found it. In perfect condition. Only one small gripe was that I had to walk to the Harbour every day and without a car, it’s a fairly long walk, especially returning up the hill. With a car, the distance is nominal. I would definitely like to stay here again during my future visits to Auckland.

This place was fantastic! As a female solo traveller, I felt safe. Everything was as per the pictures. Perfect for me for a 3 night stay. Stefan was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to stay in Auckland. Air con worked great, and it was about a 10 minute walk to the Viaduct. Thank you!

We only stayed one night, but Bianca and Hendrik's place would also work well for much longer stays. The bedroom, living area and kitchen/dinette are all separate rooms, there's a private entrance, convenient onsite parking, excellent internet connectivity, lots to see and do within walking distance, geez we could live there indefinitely! :-) A lot of thoughtful design went into this place. While the kitchen is small, it is so well organized it still works well. The bathroom is like something from a magazine, with a huge soaker tub, separate shower, mirror feature that runs the length of an entire wall, and modern and easy to use fixtures. We slept very well because it was very quiet and comfortable. There were so many extra amenities! Milk, beer(!), snacks, and the bathroom is stocked with anything you might have forgotten at home. Bianca was away, but her husband Hendrik took care of us. He was so friendly and helpful, very responsive to our questions. We had a great stay!

Julie is a wonderful host and we felt right at home. Absolutely spotless townhouse with a lovely view and all the facilities a family needs. The kitchen and laundry facilities came in super handy. It’s never easy travelling with a baby so having a cosy place to come back to that has everything you need was so wonderful. Thanks Julie ☺️

overall, great spot to stay! we stayed for 1 night after flying into Auckland. It was a little tricky finding the apartment building for first time, but easy to navigate afterwards. Nothing fancy by any means, but that's not what we were looking for nor desired. Would recommend as most time spent isn't in the room anyway!

We had a wonderful time at Ann's place. It was a great place to settle down after a 30 hour flight and a jetlag. We loved the garden, the historic furniture and the homemade pottery. Thank you so much for sharing your place with strangers.

We had a great stay. The apartment was really nice, super clean, the beds were really comfortable, and bathroom was spotless. Jayne had the best stocked kitchen of any Airbnb I have ever stayed.

Lovely modern, fresh and clean accommodation. Karen was very friendly and helpful and booked a local restaurant for us too. In a suburban area so you would need a car but walking distance to a restaurant. Just 10 minutes drive from the Howick Historical Village which is a great spot to spend a couple of hours.

Marg is a fabulous host. Her place is one of the nicest we have stayed at. She goes beyond expectations in having breakfast items and treats. Easy walk to many restaurants and the beach, yet quiet. Christian’s accommodation is very centrally located and handy for Auckland city center. It is a five minute walk, easily done with a suitcase from the airport to SkyCity bus terminal via SkyDrive (operated by Ritchies Transport) express shuttle. Every 30 minutes and takes about 30 minutes and good value. Card payment. We very much enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The tennis rackets and balls are also a nice touch although we didn’t make use of them on this visit. We didn’t make use of the kitchen facilities other than for breakfast. It was easily accessible and not busy. Very good value accommodation for a city center.

Our stay at the Heritage Hotel was wonderful, Stefan is a great host and always quick to answer any questions. We stayed 4 nights before our cruise and was happy with the location and amenities at the unit. The King bed was so comfortable and just what we needed after an ultra long flight!

Great central location for exploring Auckland! The apartment had everything we needed for a lovely stay including very comfortable beds. Considering it is in the city center, the bedrooms and bathrooms were quite spacious. Jane was extremely communicative and the instructions to get into the apartment were very clear. Thank you!

When choosing a place to stay l aim to have four prerequisites met -needs to be very clean, have comfortable beds, windows that open and be relatively quiet. Monica’s apartment ticked all four boxes and we were very centrally located as well. There was information on recommended places to eat and things to see and do which is a great help in getting started in a new place. I recommend this apartment highly.

Located in the city center, this place has a great view and good facilities, so I had a very comfortable rest. The accessibility was also good, making our trip even more enjoyable because of the very convenient and friendly host to get around. This is the best place I would stay again if I have a chance next time.

We had a lovely few nights in Auckland, staying here at Roger’s place. We were truly impressed by all the very special and thoughtful touches. We would not have had the same experience at a random hotel in the city! Check-in was very easy, and there was champagne and grapes awaiting us which was delightful. I also appreciated the other treats such as the cold drinks in the fridge. The use of the space is very clever, with the mini kitchen and an espresso machine which got me going every morning! Roger was also very friendly and helpful. I found myself wanting to spend more time chilling than exploring the city (although we obviously still did, but note that it is a good distance from the CBD so ideally hire a car. Ubers back and forth daily proved costly!) It was such a lovely space, with elements of luxury throughout. You can tell that Roger has thought of everything possible to make for the best, and most enjoyable experience. Thank you so much Roger for being such a wonderful host!
