Great place. Nice and tidy and perfect for what we needed. Nancy was super helpful and proactive with her information. Offered early check it and late check out as well! The allocated parking was great. Would certainly stay again.

Having to pick up the key from the lockbox, which is “across the street outside a convenience store” seemed a little intimidating, especially with luggage. However, Sarah’s instructions were so detailed and included photos for each step which made it a very easy process! The apartment, although not large, is perfect for one or two people and is very quiet. Sarah has gone out of her way to make sure her guests have everything they could possibly need, including robes, slippers and umbrellas. The separate office space is also a nice bonus. The kitchen has all the gadgets you might need to cook or heat up some simple meals and there’s tea, coffee and some pantry items which are available to the guest. The shower is not huge - a caddy holding the shampoo & body wash was making it more cramped so I just put it on the floor - problem solved! I’m always cold and the provided heater did a great job. I really enjoyed being able to walk to everything and had a wonderful stay. Thanks Sarah!

This is a great place to stay with our 18 month old toddler. Very child friendly and lovely little touches like a box of kids toys and kids books to help entertain our little one. The proximity to the beach makes this place a great stay during summer. We will be back!

The location was ideal for easy walkable access to Queen Street, all of downtown including the waterfront, live theatre, parks, the Auckland Art Gallery and restaurants. Tom provided everything we needed for our delightful short stay in this beautiful city. Many thanks.

Stayed for a couple nights for a short business trip. nice room, clean, enjoyed the hotel's facilities. Gym is fine, sauna, 2 spas, an indoor heated pool and a rooftop heated pool. Very nice.

I really loved my stay at the Kohi Studio. Geoff was an amazing host, so helpful and responsive to any queries I had. The studio itself is private and very welcoming and luxurious with a beautiful comfortable bed, big TV and great shower. There were also lovely touches like books and magazines to read, beach towels, a fruit bowl and homemade muesli for breakfast. It is so close to great cafes and restaurants and Kohi and St Heliers beach too. A really relaxing, peaceful place to stay. Would love to come back again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment has everything one needs and is very nice. I also enjoyed using the rooftop pool as well as the inside pool in the building. The location is very central, which was convenient for me.

Jane”s apartment is exquisite. The unit is super clean, beautifully decorated, and has a spacious outdoor balcony with plenty of seating for everyone. We had a rental car but did not use it once during our stay. The location is super convenient with loads of restaurants and attractions within a 20 minute walk. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely few nights in Auckland, staying here at Roger’s place. We were truly impressed by all the very special and thoughtful touches. We would not have had the same experience at a random hotel in the city! Check-in was very easy, and there was champagne and grapes awaiting us which was delightful. I also appreciated the other treats such as the cold drinks in the fridge. The use of the space is very clever, with the mini kitchen and an espresso machine which got me going every morning! Roger was also very friendly and helpful. I found myself wanting to spend more time chilling than exploring the city (although we obviously still did, but note that it is a good distance from the CBD so ideally hire a car. Ubers back and forth daily proved costly!) It was such a lovely space, with elements of luxury throughout. You can tell that Roger has thought of everything possible to make for the best, and most enjoyable experience. Thank you so much Roger for being such a wonderful host!
