I spend a whole month, together with my dog, in this lovely serene place to write. Vezelay and its surroundings inspired me enormous and help me to unlock my creativity. The. house is cosy and has a wood stove that is so romantic. At sunny days I could use a little patio to sit in the sun. Philippe and Francois really welcomed me into their live and shared tips, friends, stories and food with me. They really took good care of me, making sure I had enough wood pellets for the wood stove. An experience I will treasure for life. Esther

We loved staying at this place to stay, which I nicknamed ''the little gem''. There is nothing missing and the layout, the decoration is made to feel good and rest. Our toddler daughter is already asking for ''la maison-escalier'' while we're back on the road to Strasbourg. See you very soon and very good continuation to you, do not change anything:).

Very nice accommodation on the same property as the owners. Very clean and tidy. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. There is a staircase to go to the adjoining rooms. The setting is natural and exotic. I would highly recommend it.

My wife and I had a lovely stay. Frankly the apartment was spotless with very nice services. Cindy was always attentive and even made a little surprise decoration for my wife's birthday, I earned points lol. I can tell you it's nice to arrive in a great apartment. It felt like coming home. The house is not super-de-luxe modern, but it is spacious and offers coziness and holiday feeling and is tailored to accommodate smaller children. Our children and grandchildren immediately found their place. The house is beautiful and very quietly located in nature. We were lucky enough to have the weather pretty good, so the grandchildren could romp to their heart's content in the large garden. The river that runs through the garden also attracted like a magnet. We were even able to eat outside on the terrace once in the evening, this in the month of April. If it were possible, we would repeat such a stay, now with our son's family, who could not be there because of the distance ( and because of the limit in number)

Thanks Igor for hosting us. We had a lovely short stay at this house. nothing to complain about , because everything was compliant . a pleasure to come home in the evening and put a 33t vinyl on the turntable Igor , very responsive, gave us some good places to dine. we recommend 👌

Super apartment very well thought out, full of little everyday things available (several coffee machines, toaster, wine glasses, microwave, two bathrooms, hair dryer. The apartment is spacious, close to Auxerre, free parking in front. A small shop and a pharmacy 1 m away. One of the best bakeries I've ever known. And Denis is full of small touches, we were able to access faster than expected, communications are quick and very friendly. In short, we loved it, it was our second time and still perfect! ☺️

We rented this house for reunions with friends, and the place was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 6 young children. The rooms are spacious and there is all the necessary equipment in the kitchen for large tables. The house and garden are perfectly maintained, everything was very clean. Recommended.

We thank Serge again for his kindness and pleasant hospitality and the treats and drinks offered upon arrival. The accommodation is ideally located 2min walk from several small shops, pharmacy, super market, bakery, pizzeria, hairdresser all very welcoming. We had a great time in this lovely clean and well-appointed pavilion in which we felt at home. The kitchen is functional, the rooms are comfortable for a large family. We slept very well and the bedding is perfect. The children enjoyed the large garden, the ping pong table and the board games available while adults could read quietly in the living room. We hope to be back soon and enjoy this place.

This place is wonderful! The pictures really don’t do it justice. The pool is fabulous and the peace and quiet and the views make it the perfect spot for a relaxing break. The bedrooms were all generous sizes. The place is very rural (great for walks and runs) but that adds to its charm.
