Guy and Fadia are adorable hosts, we always felt very comfortable, the two always took great care of us. It was beautiful to hear their stories and get inspired by their experience. It's definitely not a given what they do for their guests. The warmth, the accommodating, their stories, and much more have made us feel. If you want to spend a nice time in Paris and at the same time get to know an authentic host family, you are very well taken care of. I highly recommend everyone to have this experience, we really enjoyed it and we would repeat it at every opportunity. Many thanks to the two of you.

Anne’s place is so well located for everything we wanted to do and see. We walked everywhere, starting with Gard du Nord to the apartment on arrival. Bus journeys are so easy though, both bus stops and Metro nearby. Stacks of great places to eat in the neighbourhood too. The apartment is comfortable and full of character. Anne was away this week but the delightful Nathalie was there to help with anything we needed and we had some great chats. I would recommend this super place to anyone and hope to be back one day. PS we couldn’t get the internet working with Anne’s ID and password, not sure whether details were wrong, but it didn’t matter as we had so much to do.

Warm welcome, Nathalie was available to answer our questions from the start. Near the Bastille, metro, restaurant, etc. I recommend it.

An exceptional location, quiet and close to restaurants and the basilica, in a pedestrian area. One upstairs bedroom with all the amenities to be comfortable. And above all, very welcoming hosts, who helped me in choosing my itinerary to reach Paris on foot, and with whom I was able to discuss theater culture and escapism. A very nice meeting, which I highly recommend.

What a great find! All of the employees at this establishment were cheerful and friendly, eager to make our stay wonderful. The room was clean and bright, with a lovely street view. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There were amenities nearby the hotel and the metro was just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel---it was the best weeklong rental we could have secured. We will return!

I had such a pleasant stay at Alain’s! He is the sweetest and most helpful person you could find. While I was there my birthday came up and I woke up to the nicest breakfast with strawberry cake. I can 100% recommend staying at Alain’s and I will definitely rebook for my next stay in Paris. Thank you so much for letting me stay, Alain.

This place is a Paris GEM! You can't beat the location - just steps away from the metro, cafe's and restaurants. Our bedroom and bathroom were clean, bright, and comfortable with everything provided to make us feel welcome and right at home. The hostess was just delightful! Awaiting us each morning was hot coffee and warm croissants! And the view from our bedroom window! Wow! There are no words to convey how magical it was to lay in bed each night and watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle - and awaken the next morning to see it again. It was like a dream. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay - it was one of the highlights of our first trip to Paris. A heartfelt thanks for making it so special, Gary & Susan

The 4 days I spent in Paris with my brother at Philippe and Emmanuel's were excellent! The apartment is already superb, but for me, who is not used to sharing the space with the owners, it was a successful first experience. Philippe is the best host you could hope for. Welcoming, helpful, heart on the hand... it is also very interesting to chat with him. The icing on the cake, learning that I used to have a lemon juice every morning, he went the same day to look for it especially for me. Rare attention that deserves to be highlighted. Thank you Philippe, take care of yourself and your family, and see you next time!

No complaints about the quality of this charming little apartment in one of the most pleasant neighborhoods in Paris. It was really perfect! Lots of taste, simplicity and comfort. Very functional amenities. An enchanting environment in this peaceful village-like alley. And above all, a sense of welcome and hospitality that overflows with small touches and generosity. I admit that this accommodation perfectly matched my expectations in every way. One word: A BIG THANK YOU to Martine and Karim. I'll be back! 🥰

We loved our stay here! It is a beautiful home and the host is so kind. She was very helpful with local recommendations and how to use the metro. She made us a fresh breakfast every morning. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed. She replies very quickly to messages. We had fully privacy. We wanted an evening to enjoy the garden with them and she made us a charcuterie with local Rosé. It was absolutely fabulous! We were able to get to the popular tourist spots (Eiffel tower, Notre-Dame, etc.) in 1 hour or less using the close metro. Some days we easily booked an inexpensive uber. I would happily stay here again. I highly recommend for future guests to stay here. Or was much better than a noisy hotel downtown. I’m so grateful for their hospitality.

Please make a reservation first!!!! *This accommodation in one line: safe and clean room + security is the best + delicious breakfast + best host I was worried that the Paris metro had a lot of stairs and not many escalators, but the metro station near this property has an elevator and escalator, so it's great to move around with a big carrier. And the Verse area itself is clean and feels like a new city, so it was safe even though two women walked around late at night!! And the cleanliness, scent, and bedding of this house are all hotel-class. The room and bathroom/toilet are all clean, and the bed is so fluffy~ that you can sleep soundly when you lie down. Lastly, the host is really kind. And every morning, he prepared breakfast with fresh fruit and bread, so I was able to start the day with a hearty meal. I guarantee that he's the best host in Paris. I fell in love with Paris, so I decided to come to Paris again, and I'm going to this accommodation. Totally recommend~~~~

Karine is warm and delightful. Her home is a wonderful place to stay if you’re just getting used to traveling solo or if you want somewhere that feels a little more like a home. Highly recommend :)

We stayed one night to go and watch a rugby game at the Stade de France. We couldn't have asked for a better location. It's really next door, a 2-minute walk and you're there! Maria and her brother are lovely people! We'll definitely be back!

David is a wonderful and attentive host! Our room was very cozy — we felt right at home. We could freely use the kitchenware, make coffee, and eat in the lovely living room. Special thanks for the opportunity to do laundry. The house is beautiful and has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay in Paris. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. Nearby, there is a metro station that provides easy access to both the train station and the city center.
