Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Épinay-sur-Seine

I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The hosts are genuine and friendly, I truly felt welcome as their guest. The room is impeccably clean and spacious, and the private bathroom has all necessities. There’s also a great view of the neighbourhood, which gives a true parisian feeling :-) It’s also practical that the metro is close by. All in all: I highly recommend this home for a trip to Paris!

Guy and Fadia are adorable hosts, we always felt very comfortable, the two always took great care of us. It was beautiful to hear their stories and get inspired by their experience. It's definitely not a given what they do for their guests. The warmth, the accommodating, their stories, and much more have made us feel. If you want to spend a nice time in Paris and at the same time get to know an authentic host family, you are very well taken care of. I highly recommend everyone to have this experience, we really enjoyed it and we would repeat it at every opportunity. Many thanks to the two of you.

What can I say about these two Parisian treasures. Isabel and Nicolas shared their home with us and made us feel as though we were members of the family. They were attentive, kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was beautiful. They helped in ways that were truly above and beyond, and had such joy and calm in the midst of it all. I travelled with three small children and I couldn't have found a better place to have alighted for this trip. Waking up to a fresh breakfast every morning in this clean and beautiful house was truly delightful. My children loved their time there and felt like they had long lost Parisian grandparents. It's not too far from the center of Paris (metro accessible) and situated in a quant suburb nearby. Of all the memories of my time in France, my stay with Nicolas and Isabel is at the top of the list. If you're traveling with a large group, you want to feel welcome and cared for, you can't go wrong with this home.

The apartment was perfect and exactly how it was described on Airbnb. Silvia was really kind and explained to us what is possible to do in the sorroundings of the apartment. We recommend it!

What a great find! All of the employees at this establishment were cheerful and friendly, eager to make our stay wonderful. The room was clean and bright, with a lovely street view. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There were amenities nearby the hotel and the metro was just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel---it was the best weeklong rental we could have secured. We will return!

It's on the top floor, so I had a quiet stay! It's like a French home, and the bathroom used by hosts and guests is separated. I don't rent the whole place, but I think you can refer to the room share! The house is a loft, so the guest rooms are divided up and down! You can see the Eiffel Tower very well from all the room windows! There is also a terrace connected to the living room on the second floor! We couldn't go out because it was too cold. I want to come back on a good day.♥ I think the landlords are grandparents. When we went, my daughter welcomed me. They serve warm croissants and coffee every morning! And you are very kind! If we were good at English or French It would have been much better, but I worked hard with the translator We talked!

Very nice and cozy place, very close to the metro station which is super convenient. Lucie was also very welcoming and recommended nice French restaurant. A big recommendation!

Best hôte ever ! So indeed there is the high quality of the room, bedding and luxury bed linen, private bathroom... There is also proximity to the metro, excellent sound insulation, beautiful terrace... But above all, there is Cathy's hospitality, delicacy, and quality of attention. I felt incredibly pampered!

It was perfect! We stayed in this apartment for almost a week and it was very clean, good location. We also received snacks for each day, there was nothing we could miss. Even hosts have always been attentive to our needs. Very close to subway and bus station.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is conveniently located close to the metro station, making it easy to travel to central Paris. It’s very neat and clean, with a lovely garden and a friendly black cat that added to the charm. Francoise was incredibly responsive to our questions and even recommended a great nearby restaurant for dinner. We felt very well taken care of and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing time staying at Kaouthare's studio! The space was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Kaouthare was an excellent host—very welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful in providing local tips and recommendations. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby cafes and attractions. I highly recommend this studio for anyone visiting Paris—it's a true gem! Isabelle welcomes us inside your house, helps with the bags, presents the place and offers coffee capsules, water, soap and shampoo. The place is beautiful and comfortable. One of the beds in the room for 4 people is a sofa bed but the mattress is comfortable. A terrace just for us, very beautiful, to get together in the late afternoon or have breakfast. I recommend your stay. Isabelle is very friendly and attentive, is a familiar airbnb, very well taken care of. Deixo as a suggestion add a small minibar, for snacks and water. There is a bakery and a carrefour express on the same block that meet all the necessities. Many thanks Isabelle.
