Escape Ordinary at Ernie's Den

Abhishek HanamanthRating, 5 stars2 months ago
I went to celebrate my birthday with my close family, and I must say the property was spectacular. It was clean, spacious, well maintained and very well equipped. I had the best time and will definitely come back. The host was very responsive throughout the stay even for really small things. They were very accommodating as well for all our requests. I can’t fault this property or the service at all. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this property, 5 starts from me.

Kilronan Castle Holiday Home (Beside Luxury Hotel)

KatyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Stayed here as a family of 4 (kids aged 2 and 5) and we all had a ball. The house was a perfect base and had everything we needed; it was also very clean and the beds comfortable. We made good use of the fab pool in the hotel which was only a 2min walk away- the boys loved it! The surrounding area has many walks etc which kept us all entertained. We also had dinner in the hotel one evening which we would highly recommend as the food was great. Would definitely return!

this is an excellent place for family gatherings. we were a group from 70yrs down to 4 yrs old. There is something for all ages. the cooking facilities are great for larger numbers. lots of space for people to facilitate enjoyment where there are large groups. dish washer was very useful to have. plenty of bathrooms and toilets. there are a number of local attractions. You need a car to get to them. However, there is lots to do within the surroundings of the house, should you choose. we enjoyed our time and would recommend this property

The Old Sawmill, Lough Eske

JulieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A truly magical place. The Mill is so cleverly and beautifully restored - modern amenities in a rustic and cosy home. It was warm, comfortable and welcoming and it had everything we needed. It is a house we are happy to do nothing in but soak in the atmosphere and the idyllic surroundings so it did not matter whatever the weather was! Rose looked after us very well with her recommendations of things to do and even organised for delicious fresh seafood delivered to us. Love love this house and its location. Thank you for having us, Joe and thank you for taking care of us, Rose! We will be back.

Luxury House within walking distance of Sligo Town

ClaireRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Carmel was a fantastic host, very easy to communicate with and very friendly when greeting us with the keys. Carmel provided us with local recommendations, maps and a live music schedule which was very useful. The tea, coffee, milk, bread and biscuits was a really lovely touch and very welcomed on our arrival. The house was perfect, beds were incredibly comfortable and everything we needed was there. Location was fantastic with being able to walk into town for bars and restaurants and on a bus route to visit the coast. We were are a group of 3 women in our 40's and suited all of our needs for the 2 nights, 3 days we were there. Would highly recommend Carmel and her lovely house, which all contributed to us having a brilliant time in Sligo!

Absolutely loved staying here. Stayed for nearly 2 weeks after the storm as had no power in mine. The house is in a lovely gated area so could allow dogs to roam the garden and the house is just lovely and cosy and homely. I had a wonderful time relaxing here and Marcus is always there to answer any questions. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. Lovely warm house with an everything you need for your stay. Thanks Marcus

Wee Escape - Donegal Town

BarryRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I was looking for somewhere in Donegal to take a short break with my friends; this was a lovely location to do it in! It's within a 2 minute walk of the Diamond, the center of Donegal Town, but is also quiet and peaceful, the best of both worlds. The house is lovely, it was clean, and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Annmarie is a very kind and responsive host. The house was exactly as sbown/described and fit 6 adults comfortably. The washer broke while we were there and she offered to take our clothing to the laundry and return it to us once done. She also had treats and some staples waiting for us which were very much appreciated since we arrived late in the day. Thank you so much!!
