Vacation rentals with a pool in Enkarterri

The house is just as described in the listing. We were three families, 12 people in total, with children between 2-9 years old and they had a phenomenal time, the house is super comfortable for families. The communication with the host is great, anything we needed or questions we had was resolved.

Both the house and the host have been unbeatable, everything in perfect condition, the pleasant treatment, the host explain everything perfectly and gave us everything very easy for the entrance as for the exit. The house is spectacular, well cared for, well equipped, it is ideal for groups and families, it is not missing a detail. The area is perfect, good views. 100% recommended

The owner is very quick to respond. Prior to our arrival he sent very detailed instructions on getting to the house and on local sights that are worth seeing. The house is ideal and was very clean. It has all that is needed with plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses etc. The owner is an artist and the house is decorated with his pictures. There is off street parking for two cars and there are bikes in the shed for local cycling if you wish to. Ideally located for Santander and for local sights including the mountains.

David, he was super attentive. Even being contactless entry, she was noted present and the instructions she left for arrival and entry into the house were very accurate. The house was lovely, fireplace, heating, BBQ in the garden,... it wasn't missing detail. The area in which it is located is a very quiet area, ideal for people looking to disconnect and do a little hiking in the area. It is close to Reinosa where in the surroundings you can visit the nativity of the ebro, the château de argueso, the Ebro reservoir,... A local charm. We would certainly repeat. Thank you

Beautiful and peaceful town house walking distance to the old town!

Casa La Pondarosa is a very charming cottage in a great location. Only greenery around you, in a quiet garden, which gives the feeling of tranquility and plenty of space. In the area you can walk very well. There are a few fantastic restaurants nearby. Jose is great host. Very friendly and responds very quickly to messages. He gives fantastic tips for good restaurants in advance, they were highly recommended. We were extremely satisfied with our vacation.

Great house - clean and comfortable. The kitchen/living space is small for 5/6 people (fine for 4 or less) but as long as the weather is good the garden makes up for this. 2 good showers and the shared pool was always quiet. convenient to havr on site parking and Jose is a very welcoming host.

Really lovely place, we really liked it more in reality than the pictures themselves. It has everything you need to be comfortable, you appreciate the pool, closed garage, the small patio with garden… we were very comfortable and the attention from Vanesa and her husband was 10. It is in a very nice area and close to several points of interest. Highly, highly recommended

A very pretty apartment ! We felt very much at home and the host was perfect! The pool is nice and clean too. For beg-interm surfers: amazing beaches in Somo and San Vicente (35 min by car).

Walkable distance to the Zoo and the Santillana Del Mar town and a few minutes drive away from the Altamira Caves. Beautiful surroundings, we had a beautiful view of the mountains through our deck. We loved the apartment and it had everything we needed.
