House was bigger than it appeared. Very clean. Calm, quiet neighborhood. We felt right at home. Great place for teenagers and young adults. They were very entertained and didn’t want to leave. Sauna, hot tub, and massage chair were nice additions. Only downside is that we wish we could have stayed longer.

Once again lovely stay at the Tranquility. Location is wonderful and close to restaurants and WEC! Bed is so comfortable and much needed after a long day at the horse show. Communication was phenomenal and the place was so clean when we arrived. We had the best stay!

This was our second year staying at Matthew’s place before an event in downtown Miamisburg. It was the perfect spot for our group with tons of space and wonderfully clean. The beds and couches were super comfy and the check in was seamless. Matthew was also able to accommodate our late check our request, which was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend staying here!

I cannot rave enough about William’s place! It was so comfy and had everything we needed. The rooms were all so spacious and the kitchen (which we used often) was very well equipped. Loved grilling and sitting on the patio. We will be in the area many more times and plan to check with William first for accommodations!

I booked this stay last minute because I had to take an exam for a future job after I transition out of the Marine Corps. With everything feeling chaotic, I was worried about arriving late after a 10-hour drive and possibly having trouble getting in. Thankfully, the host’s instructions were clear, and the check-in process was seamless. The space was roomy enough to accommodate all my last-minute, overpacked luggage without feeling cluttered. Since this is an upstairs apartment in a family home, you will hear some footsteps, but it wasn’t an issue for me—I was exhausted and slept like a bear. However, light sleepers may want to keep that in mind. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay, easy to navigate, and exactly what I needed. Thank you!

My husband and I were just looking somewhere kind of close to home for a peaceful getaway and found this beautiful underground home. seen it had to get the experience and we absolutely loved it. we felt right at home it was peaceful and private just what we were looking for. the view was beautiful the horses were awesome to see in the view. we will definitely be looking to stay again in our future getaways!
