I was in Daniela's space with my family and we fell in love. The house is at the end of a street, which is perfect, almost no one passes in front of the house. The condominium has cameras and is very safe. I went with my 3 four-legged children and they loved it, the house is tightly closed and safe and the lawn that spreads throughout the yard was the high point of our trip, along with the pool that is wonderful and gets sunshine throughout the day, leaving it very warm. All the bed and bath linens were impeccable, it was the cleanest and smelling house I've ever been. I want to come back many times. What an amazing house!!! We love the privacy of the place and the house, in addition to being equipped with everything in the description, it was perfect for our couple trip, as it offered privacy and a super pleasant space to rest and relax. Glenda was super solicitation and receptive, helping us whenever we had any questions and worried about our reception and check-in that was even super quiet, as well as our departure. Bath, sauna and pool were clean and ready for use when we arrived. Despite being a further afield, the local internet (wi-fi) and mobile data worked all the time, with no problem. My only recommendation for anyone staying in space, taking repellent or buying the Island repellent itself (citroilha). Thanks for the reception, Glenda! It was all amazing!

Good house, beautiful and in a quiet place. I think it's a good stay for 4 people. We were at 6 and on the dining table there are only 4 seats and 4 chairs, as well as some cooking utensils such as cups of tea. Because they had 2 children in the group and in the holiday mood, we didn't mind eating sitting on the floor of the room and supporting the plate on the coffee table. It was not a surprise as we saw in the photos, but depending on the group, it could be an important point. We can't use the jacuzzi because it takes a long time to warm up and can't start with the house's electric shower as the di-junctor falls. When we came back from the beach in the late afternoon, there was always someone wanting to take a shower and take the sand out of the body before entering the jacuzzi, so we couldn't keep it on for a long enough heat. With the cold water, no one entered, unfortunately. It would be interesting if they could improve the electrical issue to correct this.

It was wonderful from start to finish. They are great hosts, organized, clean, very beautiful and cozy smelling home. Wonderful location, quiet location, and close to the beach, little hiking time. My 3-year-old daughter loved, had plenty of places to have fun, outdoor and heated pool, park, and kids space. We were amazed at the care of hosts with all the details of our stay, from check-in to the end. Such sympathy. We are grateful for everything! We hope to return soon.

We spent 2 nights in Isabella's house which is very nice with beautiful sea views. The house is very spacious, the bedding and bedrooms are comfortable, each has its own bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet. Isabella is very friendly and accommodating. I would this property.

We really love staying at Lucília's place! Neuza is super friendly and helpful. My dogs have had a lot of fun in the backyard that is all surrounded! The house is great, there are fans in all rooms and the kitchen is well equipped!

The house is complete with all items in the kitchen. Clean and pleasant place, very nice landscaping. Flexibility and organization of the owners and managers of the site were impeccable. Always very polite and solicitous. Very good location. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. Because where the Vila's responsibility access is impeccable. The only point of improvement, which is a detail in the whole, is the cleaning of the pool. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.

Unico Ponto is the rampinha and the stairs that break a little who is more sedentary, or who is not active in kkk sports Air-conditioning took a long time to freeze, but when it cooled, took it to the living room and for whoever is and is in heat, it will save demaaals! The house is fantastic!! Since the reservation, the owner Teresa was very solicitous, cordial and super willing to make our stay very welcoming. We were welcomed by Lúcia, the housekeeper of the house, attentive and very helpful. It made our Christmas Supper and it was tasty. The house is large, well wooded ,complete with household items and has a nice swimming pool. Super recommend! And the beaches are close. It was very worth it!

We stayed at The House, super complete space, with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen with all items of everyday life, service area and barbecue area. Extremely quiet place, 2 minutes away from markets, shops (walking). Farther ahead of gas station, bars and the beach. The space is beautiful, spotless. Helena super attentive.

We were very well attended and received in the house. The house is excellent, very well located, well structured with rooms and rooms organized, clean and spacious, great swimming pool, very well equipped kitchen. The beach is very good and the comfort of the house in being standing in the sand is a great highlight. We were in a family of 12 people, everyone loved staying at the house. House like the photos, cozy space, it felt like home. Swimming pool, safe place, easy access to beaches , shops (market/ bakery/ pharmacy) very well located. I had no problem in the stay, all items in the house work perfectly. It's well worth it , I left thinking about the date back… sure soon. I went with a good expectation, lively. I left with a cheerful and contented heart was so much better than I imagined.

The house was very good, located in a good condominium, well equipped. The private pool and air condition were some of the differentials, especially on the hottest days. Gustavo was very attentive, quickly replying to the messages. We very much like our stay.

Great service and great stay. The only minor nuisance were the works on the houses next door, but obviously it has nothing to do with the host or the house. We intend to go back again and again.
