I felt at home at Andrey's place; he is a wonderful person and always available. The house is perfect and welcoming, very clean as well. It's amazing to sit on the terrace on warm days. I highly recommend it with all my heart and will definitely return.

We felt comfortable from the first moment. The apartment is harmoniously furnished with so much love for detail. We lacked nothing. Even coffee and tea were available for use. The atmosphere in the house was homely and cordial. The communication with the host was very pleasant, helpful, friendly and extremely likeable. The available bikes let us enjoy a relaxing day in the area. Whenever we should come back to the area, we will book again. We can recommend the place to anyone looking for peace, nature, nice and friendly landlords and a cozy place to stay.

We (4 people) had a lovely stay in the fantastically cozy farmhouse. Aljanneke welcomed us most friendly and welcoming. After a short reception and a few homely instructions, the entire farm was completely at our disposal. And we enjoyed the peace, the house, each other, the surroundings, the welcome gift (apple juice, jam and special beers) and all the tips from Aljanneke. We have already booked another weekend in 2025 and will stick an extra day to it this time. We're already very much looking forward to that! In one word, fantastic!

Our second stay here, it’s a brilliant find, far bigger than it looks in photos! Very large bed, great kitchen, deep seats on sofa, fab location, lovely place to stay, highly recommend!!

We had a very pleasant stay. The spaces were clean and tidy. Reception was friendly. Very nice that you had your own entrance. The rooms are equipped with really all the essentials. We didn't miss a thing. Everything has been thought of. Also enough info about the area and tips. Very sweetly thought of all kinds of things for smaller children such as books, colors and coloring books. The beds slept well and the electric fireplace made it wonderfully warm and cozy. Breakfast finished it off. At the agreed time, Anneke came to bring breakfast. Fresh with hot eggs and so much choice. Really a pampering. The location is in a rural location but there is a lot to do nearby within a short distance. We enjoyed it.

A very pretty and cozy apartment in a great quiet location. You can walk comfortably along the water into the village or use one of Jacqueline's bicycles. Jacqueline is super easy to reach and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Our stay was even better than we had hoped! It is an incredibly cozy and nice cottage in a beautiful location. Everything we needed was present. In short, had a very nice stay and definitely recommended :)

We feel blessed to have found Heleen's house to stay in - it was perfect for us. The house and garden were both immaculate but homely. The house is well equipped for cooking and eating in (the house or garden) with a dishwasher to clean the dishes. It has a washing machine and dryer, TV, dog toys, children toys, bicycles, two good sized bedrooms (we only used one and the bed was very comfortable), bicycles to use and a good sized, matured, safe garden. Heleen was proactive in sending full and clear details regarding access and how to find everything, and she was very responsive and friendly in contact. A great host. The house is in a lovely quiet location on the edge of beautiful woods. There are other houses very close but it is in a respectful environment with plenty of privacy. The birds and even a red squirrel were regular visitors. Parking was easy in the spaces provided on the drive. We stayed with three small/medium dogs and really hope to stay again next year.

Very nice and friendly host. Price-quality for this cottage in the location is excellent. Very much enjoyed the Sauna and the cold water. The fireplace was also a romantic and nice addition to the cottage. Delicious breakfast that finished the overnight stay. Thank you very much for a great stay!

Had a super nice stay with Gerrit and Ria. The house is large, clean, with all the comforts and super complete. Also if you were to come with children. The Jacuzzi is lovely! We would have liked to have stayed longer. Gerrit and Ria are friendly. Lots of privacy on the property. Highly recommended!

This cozy and comfortable apartment is in a great location. Super central, in the middle of the city and yet very quiet. The contact with Mirjam in advance was very pleasant. Quick response and a lot of flexibility regarding check-in. The reception was also very warm. The apartment is very well equipped, we did not go wrong and all the necessary basic products were fully available. The delicious bottle of wine made it complete! ;-) Furthermore: very clean, good wifi and a lovely bed. In short: excellent value for money. Absolutely recommended!

We had a wonderful time in the boathouse. Modern and very nicely decorated. The underfloor heating kept us perfectly warm. We felt very comfortable right away and would definitely come back. Only the walls are a little thin and therefore it is clairaudient. But that didn't affect us. Thanks to Dennis for the smooth process :)

Ivon and Henk welcomed us in a very friendly manner and were very accommodating in all matters that we had. The apartment is very quiet and Arnhem is nearby and easily accessible by bike. But the nature around Velp is also very nice and you can do a lot. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation was very stylishly furnished. We felt right at home. It is in a very quiet location, so you could relax very well. The host was very accommodating and friendly. We would recommend the accommodation to others.

This is the perfect place to stay in Amersfoort because it's so close to the main street, with shopping, restaurants and sights right around the corner. The apartment is fantastic, with a comfy bed, a big TV, a great shower, and even a washing machine if you need to wash your clothes. The kitchen has everything you need to fix a great meal. The sofa is comfortable for watching TV or lounging with a book. Mandy is a great host. She always responded to my questions quickly and was very helpful. I would be happy to stay here again.

Everything was great, made a mistake yourself with the check-out time and it exceeded it. But this was well resolved and could still collect our belongings and leave the apartment in peace. Recommended to have a top spot in the center of Zwolle.

We enjoyed very much in Linda's apartment. We'd love to recommend it. The only downside; you can't drive up by car, but have to walk the way from a parking garage (about 10 minutes). This should be taken into account if you stay longer and have a lot of luggage. We only had two rolling suitcases and bags and therefore no problem. Otherwise, a real feel-good apartment in a great location and a very likeable hostess.

Great location, worth a second visit

We stayed for one weekend and had activities planned outdoor, in and out of the city. The location, was perfect suited for this as it's only a 15min walk from the center, with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. (However, you don't need to walk far, the Spanish Restaurant just next door should always be a must visit! ) We were welcomed very friendly by Sebahat and her husband (in person), providing all the necessary explanations and handing over the key. I would recommend for sure, if you're looking for a no nonsense and good place to stay during your visit in Arnhem. The authentic building for sure has a nostalgic vibe and is an inspiring place to stay. One point of attentions would be the parking, you can park for free in the street(s) around the corner, but bear in mind that it can be very busy and it can take a wile to find a spot (but we always managed without much hassle).

I was here for a girls weekend and we felt very comfortable right away! :) The AirBnb had a great location (& a very good cafe right next door). It is very lovingly and cozy. At first, however, the room layout took some getting used to. The bedroom and living-dining room are together (lockable), but the kitchen and bathroom (shower) as well as the separate toilet can only be reached via the hallway. Nevertheless, we hardly had any accidental hallway contact with Frank and if, then he inquired directly about our well-being. In addition, freshly laundered bathrobes and hotel slippers for the "path" are wide ;) The bed was unfortunately very hard for us. All in all, however, we would recommend the accommodation to everyone and will also come back again if necessary. Thank you to Frank for a lovely stay! :)))

Stein was a great host who went over and above what would be expected of a host. The studio is very close to rail link that takes 5min to Arnhem and about 10min to Nijmegen. The apartment has is very clean and modern and has similar facilities to a hotel room - mini fridge etc, and local shops can provide breakfast - dining out in Arnhem has limitless options with every taste catered for. Great stay and an ideal base to explore this historic part of Holland.
